Welcome to our Table Rock Lake home on Indian Point, where you can enjoy beautiful lake views, natural lake access and plenty of space for the whole family while staying close to Silver Dollar City and everything Branson has to offer.

With approximately three levels of living space, this home works especially well for extended families, multiple generations and groups traveling together.

The driveway brings you directly to the main level, so the primary king suite, kitchen, mainliving room, dining areas, half bath, deck and hot tub can all be accessed without first climbing an interior staircase.

Upstairs are two oversized bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs you'll find two more queen bedrooms, another full bathroom and essentially a second living space with its own full kitchen, dining area and large sectional.

Having two kitchens and two living rooms makes a noticeable difference with a larger group. Adults can visit upstairs while the kids play air hockey or arcade games downstairs, or two families can share the home while still having their own space.

Outside, two decks take advantage of the lake views. The main-level deck has the private hot tub, while the lower deck includes a porch swing. Stairs from the lower level lead to the gazebo, fire pit and natural path toward Table Rock Lake.


This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps up to 11 guests and is spread across three levels with two full kitchens, two large living areas, multiple decks, a private hot tub, game area, workout room, gazebo and fire pit.

This is also our part-time family home. We love spending time here ourselves, and we've set it up to feel comfortable, welcoming and well equipped for real family vacations rather than like a bare rental.

MAIN LEVEL
You'll enter directly from the driveway onto the main level.
The main floor is the heart of the home and includes:

• Private primary bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower

• Formal dining room
• Additional dining nook
• Large living room with sectional and additional seating
• Lake-view deck

Step outside onto the deck and enjoy the Table Rock Lake setting from the hot tub or simply relax outside with your morning coffee.
UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs you'll find two exceptionally spacious bedrooms with closets and additional seating, plus a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with a twin trundle. An adjacent attached sleeping nook provides an additional twin bed and is especially convenient for families traveling with children.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level gives larger families and multi-generational groups an entirely separate place to gather.
It includes:

• Dining area
• Large living room with sectional and additional seating
• Two queen bedrooms
• Full bathroom with walk-in shower
• Full-size air hockey table
• Stand-up arcade game
• Large workout room
• Laundry area
The lower living area opens onto another lake-view deck with a porch swing, giving you a second outdoor space to relax and enjoy the wooded Table Rock Lake surroundings.
OUTDOOR SPACE & LAKE ACCESS
From the lower level, outdoor stairs lead into the yard where you'll find a gazebo and built-in fire pit.
A natural path continues toward the Table Rock Lake shoreline.
Please understand that this is natural lake access rather than a developed beach or improved walking trail. The path is steep in places and the shoreline is rocky. The Table Rock Lake shoreline is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and must remain in its natural condition.
Guests with limited mobility and young children should not use the lake path without appropriate assistance and supervision.
AN INDIAN POINT LOCATION
One of our favorite things about this home is being able to enjoy a true Table Rock Lake setting without giving up convenient access to Branson.
We're located on Indian Point, putting you close to Silver Dollar City, Indian Point Marina, boating and lake activities while still being within easy driving distance of Branson's shows, restaurants, shopping and attractions.
After a busy day at Silver Dollar City or on Table Rock Lake, come home, spread out across three levels, play a game of air hockey, relax around the fire pit or end the evening in the hot tub overlooking the lake.
It's a comfortable home base for families who want to experience both sides of a Branson vacation: days on Table Rock Lake and all the entertainment and attractions Branson is known for.



PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

This is a three-story home with two interior staircases. The driveway entrance is on the main level, where you'll find the primary king suite, kitchen, main living and dining areas, half bath, deck and hot tub. The other four bedrooms require stairs.

LAKE ACCESS
The property has natural access toward the Table Rock Lake shoreline. This is not a developed beach, dock or improved walking trail.

Reaching the shoreline requires stairs followed by a natural path that is steep in areas. The shoreline itself is rocky. Appropriate footwear is strongly recommended.

Table Rock Lake's shoreline is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, so the shoreline and access area must remain natural and cannot simply be landscaped or improved like a private backyard path.

Children should be supervised around the lake, steep terrain, decks, stairs, hot tub and fire pit.

PART-TIME FAMILY HOME
This is also our part-time home. We think that makes it more comfortable and better equipped than many vacation rentals. You may see a few locked owner's closets or clearly marked private storage areas during your stay.

HOT TUB
The private hot tub is located on the main-level deck.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy is 11 guests unless otherwise approved in advance.
