Large 4 Bed/3 Bath House

Great space and clearly as described. Close to downtown while still feeling like you’re away. The house had enough space to have both separate and together time. Overall a great property. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. It was so relaxing to sit on the front porch under those pink crepe myrtles. And all the houses on the street are so unique and well cared for. We had family down, and it was always easy to find a parking place by the beach. We love Rehoboth and would highly recommend your home. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the baths were modern. It was a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The home was far bigger than the pictures indicated. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very nice and provided adequate utensils, etc. All bathrooms were very nicely updated. The balcony and front porch were used often. Great interactions and response time from the property manager (David). The neighborhood was very safe and a 10 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We will definitely consider staying here next year!

We have stayed in a few rental homes in Rehoboth Beach over the last 12 years. David was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our beach vacation - including great WiFi able to handle all of our devices. We would definitely rent this property again.

The property was well designed for an extended family vacation. We were able to keep one family upstairs, and the other downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped. The sunroom area was secluded enough to serve sequentially as an office and a play area. And the beach was great Easy to access, less crowded than the rest of the beach, chairs that were easy to carry, snd on top of that, perfect weather! Wonderful family vacation!

This is a well maintained and updated property that was perfect for our week at the beach. It is within walking distance of the boardwalk and all in-town attractions. It is large and comfortable. It was great to walk to the boardwalk to see the 4th of July fireworks and walk back without the hassle of traffic. It was perfect for our week. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
