Large 3 Story Chalet on quiet cut-de-sac in Arrowhead Lake Community.

Lovely well-kept home with everything you need for a multigenerational Pocono getaway experience. Exceptional communication and responsiveness by the host, and excellent recommendations for local activities both in a comprehensive welcome binder and via text. Loved our one week stay.

Exactly as advertised. Amazingly well equipped for families. Our kids ranging in age from 3 to 9 had the best time playing with all the toys & sports equipment. The kids kayaks in particular were brilliant for the beach.

Amazing experience-We’ve been spending summers for over 20 years in Poconos and by far this was our best stay from all points of view.

The grandkids especially loved the home but we all did (8 adults, 2 kids)! Communication was super clear, and Melissa helped out with everything we needed. It was the first time we stayed in the Arrowhead Lake Community so we were a bit nervous about check in etc but it was great. The grandkids (8 and 5) especially loved the night swims. We all had a wonderful super comfortable time.

Everything about this house was perfect. The owners kept in contact leading upto our stay and were available for any questions. Not to mention all the amenities! We will definately be staying there again!

The Hive was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean. Everything was as pictured & as described online. Rita and Melissa had the home set up, inside and outside, with pretty much every essential item we needed and more. Our grandson’s favorite spot was the playroom— especially the magic tracks. His second favorite was the water table on the deck. He didn’t want to leave! One of my favorite moments was watching a bear walk through the woods beside the house! Melissa was a super host, anticipating all of our needs, offering helpful information every step of the way. By the time we left I felt like I had made a new friend. Thank you Melissa and Rita for allowing to stay at your home. It’s definitely a place we would love to stay at again.

This had to be one of my family's favorite stays in recent years. Melissa is a superb host, anticipating my questions before I asked and providing everything we needed for a wonderful stay for 4 generations of our family. There were multiple places to both sleep and hang out in the house, all the supplies one could hope for when making meals for the family, great opportunities for swimming and boating near by and so many things for the kids. Our family is ready to return.

My family and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was a perfect location and excellent property! Rita and Melissa were AMAZING, and I could not have asked for a more perfect holiday stay for my family. They decorated the house for us and made sure we were so welcomed. The property was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed! And again, I cannot say enough about the hosts (Rita and Melissa)!! I defintely recommend this property for anyone visiting the Poconos!

We had an amazing stay at The Hive. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 small children. The playroom and outdoor swings/fairy garden kept the kids busy when we weren't out and about. The house was also pristine!!! Melissa was a dream to work with when planning the trip. She thought of every last detail to make our stay a pleasant one, and was quick to respond to messages before and during our trip. She even helped book a hike with goats for us! I cannot recommend this home enough. Thank you to Melissa (and Rita!) for hosting us and helping us to make family memories we will never forget!

We all had fabulous time spent these 3 days. We will definitely make a visit next time again. You are such a nice host. With so much of patience you responded to every question I asked. And sent us lot of pictures videos to make us comfortable about the house.
