Landhaus Balu - fantastic half-timbered holiday home in Oberberg

Our lovingly furnished detached holiday home is in a quiet location in the municipality of Nümbrecht on the outskirts of Niederbröl on a 10,000 m² plot.

Our guest house is 140 square meters and has a terrace both in front of the house and behind the house. You can accommodate your car in the associated spacious carport.

Interior:
Our holiday home is comfortably and comfortably furnished with sophisticated equipment.
Downstairs is the living area with living and dining room, kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms, upstairs another bedroom and a writing or play area.
Living room: Here you can relax on the seating area, consisting of a 3-seater and 2-seater leather couch, armchair and coffee table, and listen to music on the soundbar or watch TV on the internet-compatible TV (satellite). Internet access is included in the rental price.
Dining room: There are 4 chairs around the dining table. If necessary, a suitable bench can be added so that you have a total of 7 seats. In the cold season, if you want, the Bullerjan stove also warms you.
Kitchen: The open kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, extractor hood) is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, sandwich toaster, blender etc.
2 bathrooms: the small bathroom has a shower, towel warmer, sink and toilet, the second large and bright bathroom has a bath, a shower with hand shower and rain shower, towel warmer, 2 sinks and toilet. Hand and shower towels are available.
Bedroom 1: The box spring bed is in the large bedroom on the ground floor
(1.80mx 2.00m) and the large, illuminated wardrobe with plenty of space and enough hangers. There is also a small seating area with a secretary.
Bedroom 2: Via the spiral staircase you reach the 2nd on the 1st floor Bedroom (not separated by a door) with 2 single beds each 1m x 2m and a baby travel bed (1.20m x 0.60m), desk and play area with card and board games.
Basement: washing machine and dryer are available in the associated basement.

Outside:
The house has 2 terraces for sole use. The east terrace with a very large lawn is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and grill, the west terrace with a rustic, rustic wooden sofa.

If you arrive after the shop closes, we will shop for you according to your wishes, so that you can fortify yourself in the evening or start the first day with a delicious breakfast.

Numerous hiking, cycling or riding trails lead you on your relaxing exploration vacation through the forests and to the dams and lakes.
In addition to the wide range of sporting leisure options, it is certainly worthwhile to explore the sights of Oberberg and plan excursions. Here are just a few suggestions:
9.3 km away is the nature park Panabora with its heart, the treetop path, and the 40 meter high observation tower with a total length of 1. 635 meters. Enjoy an exhilarating view of the Bergisches Land nature park!
On the edge of the tranquil climatic health resort of Reichshof Eckenhagen - 12 km away - is the Monkey and Bird Park, a leisure paradise on 80,000 square meters with over 180 different animal species, an indoor hall and much more.
In the Museum Axle, Bike and Carriage in Wiehl - approx. 7 km away - the approx. 5, 500-year history of development and manufacturing of the carriage construction becomes clear. Up to 4,000 year old ceramic and bronze models of covered wagons, chariots and cult wagons and over 40 farm wagons from the 17th to 20th centuries. Century are shown.
Here you will also find the well-known Wiehler stalactite cave, which was discovered during blasting in 1860. The crystal grotto, a former cave lake lined with salt crystals, is very beautiful. A forest nature trail and various game enclosures also belong to the cave.
