Stayed Apr 20, 2025We have been repeat renters and have decide this is the place to be. There’s no waiting on elevators, you don’t have to share the beautiful pool with anyone . The home has everything that you could need/want. Kitchen very well equipped and easy to keep things in order. Laundry room is terrific to have, I only need to pack 2 suitcases not 5 ! Thank you !!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time with our family at this home. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was perfect. The location was just what we needed for what our plans were. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 24, 2023This is our second time staying here. We enjoyed our 2022 stay so much we booked this year's last October! The home is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware & dinnerware. The pool area is great; we spent the majority of our time there when we were at the house. Neighborhood is pleasant and quiet at night, we walked it every day.

Stayed Apr 28, 2022This home fit our group (2 couples) perfectly. It was also spacious for us to have our niece's family of four for supper a few nights. And it was close enough for us to enjoy the teenagers' activities! The neighborhood was quiet during the week and even the music being played next door on Saturday was of our liking. The property manager, Mike, as very attentive and made check-in & check-out a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 30, 2021This home is very clean and comfortable. Having rented many homes over the last 20 years in Florida, I have to say this is one of the best. Everything, I have at my own home I had here to cook and eat with. Mike the property manager was awesome and I wish every property had a Mike. Will definitely return to this home if available when, I return to the area.

Stayed Dec 22, 2021I rented this home for my family to spend the Christmas holidays in the warmth and sunshine. The property was as advertised and easily met all our expectations. The property was well maintained, clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and only 10 miles from the coast. We loved the pool and backyard deck. The property manager checked in multiple times with us to see if we needed anything. They even set up small Christmas tree and decorations for us. I would definitely considering returning to this property in the future.

Stayed Apr 18, 2021We rented this property in April 2021. This was a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The area was convenient to shopping, activities, and near our family who lives in Brooksville, FL. The size and layout of the house was more than adequate to accommodate 6 adults. One of the reasons we chose this property was the in- ground pool/patio screen enclosure. Disappointed there is an extra daily fee to heat the pool if desired. We opted not to. The water was a bit chilly but not too cold for Central New Yorker's. Overall the owner, manager and property were great. Much appreciation given to them for working with us during a family emergency and National COVID-19 restrictions. Highly recommended!
