Stayed Feb 27, 2025We had a lovely stay at this property. We were six adults and the house was roomy enough that we didn't feel crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the birds in the pond while we had our morning coffee. The house was super clean and it had all of the necessary amenities. There was one glitch and I only point it out to show how wonderful the owner was. The battery on the door lock died and we had no way to lock the door as we were leaving for the day. I texted Judy and she called me within minutes. I was concerned about leaving the home unlocked. Even though Judy doesn't live in Bradenton she has boots on the ground and had someone there to change the batteries within the hour. Thank you, Judy!

Stayed Mar 24, 2024I chose this house for pricing and location. I was not disappointed. The house was located close by all of the places that I wanted to go. I was able to visit Anna Maria island, Cochina beach, Bradenton beach, and Sarasota. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. The house was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I enjoyed my stay.
