Lanai & Heated Pool! Cozy Home in Heart of Tampa

We had a great time at this house. It was well-appointed. The heated pool was terrific. The furnishings were of a better quality than a typical short-term rental. We liked the proximity to the highway, shopping, restaurants, downtown and the airport. Two great dog parks in the area as well as the nice walking path of the Upper Tampa Bay Trail. The owner/manager was cordial and professional in all communication.Would definitely recommend and will keep this on my list of places to stay in the future.

My extended family and I (12 total) stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and helpful although we didn't really need much but answered questions quickly. Pool was my favorite part, nights got a little chilly but pool water was always warm and enclosure helped it stay clean. Plenty of space to stretch out and lots of little extra like beach towels, cooler, extra blankets, air fryer. Close to shopping and main road to quickly get us on our way to beach and other attractions.

Horrible experience for my first time using VrBO

We rented this house to attend an event at Raymond James Stadium, it was conveniently located to both the stadium and the Tampa airport. There was also a Publix grocery store very close by. We stayed at the house 3 nights, it was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We really enjoyed the pool/patio area. We would consider renting this house again if we return to the area.

The house was nice and very spacious. Loved that the house had lots of amenities and the back yard was perfect for the dogs.

8 adults stayed in this clean and spacious property. We had room to congregate as well as room for privacy when needed. Great amenities and easy to work with owner. Highly recommend!

In town for a conference. Home was perfect for resting/relaxing. The location was ideal. The owner/property manager was GREAT by communicating with me.

House was perfect. Clean, huge rooms, plenty of room.

We were a group of ladies attending a conference at Amalie Arena. We needed a place to stay that would accommodate all of us and within our budget. This house suited our needs well. The neighborhood is fine, but not resort like - it definitely feels residential. It has a good amount of space so families or groups have room to spread out. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we were gone from morning to night. A few things to point out - the bunk beds, as well as the main floor primary, are in need of new mattresses. They could use a few more places in the bathrooms to hang towels, and while they ask you to use the black towels after make up removal, they didn't provide any in most of the bathrooms. The hot water in the pool bathroom was scalding, and couldn't be adjusted, so that needs to be repaired. The pavers by the pool were overgrown with weeds, so that was a bit unsightly. The house could use a good once-over with a deep clean and to address small issues, like the lamp next to the bed in the upstairs primary, which wasn't working properly. Overall, a decent experience but I wasn't in love with the place.

Stayed here for family reunion and UM football at Raymond James stadium. This property is all things listed and we even had our 'tailgate' at house with excellent poolside grill / outdoor kitchen. Kids loved it as did the adults. Thank you
