Step into luxury as you enter Lakota Trailside 613. The open concept floor plan allows for plenty of light on the main level with vaulted ceilings and spacious design. The full modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas stove and oversized oven, with room for two at the bar top seating. When meal prep is complete, share the stories of the day around the dining table that seats up to six. Head into the living area and rest easy as you take in the gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows, and curl up on the plush furniture to enjoy a cozy movie night.

Ready to rest easy Head downstairs and find the Primary King Suite that features a large flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and an oversize walk-in shower. The Second King Suite features a flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom, thoughtful decor, and direct hot tub access. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and shared bathroom with hallway access. At the end of your fun day sink in to the second lounge complete with a large flat screen TV and plush seating or take happy hour out to the amazing deck with private hot tub and soak in the views of Winter Park Resort.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, Queen Bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & one in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 3/4 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort ski area and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in Downtown Winter Park. It is a 200 yard walk downhill from Lakota Trailside properties to the free shuttle pick up spot.

    We loved our stay at Lakota Trailside - the views of the hill from sun up to sun down were just spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed playing cards and watching the winter Olympics by the fire after a full day of skiing. We actually chose to walk up the hill to catch the shuttle and walked down the hill at the end of the day - a shorter commute overall.

    Very nice accommodations with easy access to the slopes. We left very early every morning and were able to park in the free parking lot across the highway. The kitchen was very well designed and fit several people in it at the same time. It was also well appointed with most of what you would need with my only complaint being the poor quality of knives. There were also basic spices and a few other odds and ends, which was super helpful! I would definitely rent again.

    Views and location were stunning. The house was beautiful and easy to get around. Our rooms were a great size. We came with two kids under the age of 3 so we needed extra room for their things and to run around. This house had all of that including a short walk up the hill to the bus stop that made accessing Winter Park that much easier.
