Take in the best views of the Winter Park Ski Resort in the brand new Lakota Trailside 609 featuring lounges on each level, a large Private deck with gas grill, lower level private patio with private hot tub, and huge living room windows all with unobstructed views of the ski area. This high-end four bedroom and four and a half bath townhome has comfort and charm around every corner. Upon entering tall ceilings and open space are immediately noticed but attention is quickly grabbed by the outstanding view from the windows as tall as the ceilings! The beautiful view is almost distracting enough to mask the friendly moose overlooking the upper lounge above the gas fireplace!

The fully equipped modern kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances and splendid granite countertops with everything needed to prepare any delectable creation. Accessed from the main lounge, the outdoor deck spans the front of the house with plenty of seating and a gas grill, a perfect place to enjoy evening cocktails and take in the view of almost the entire ski mountain.

All four suites have their own attached ensuite bathroom all with their own unique color pattern and style. All bedrooms but the bunk room are equipped with streaming, flat screen TVs. Both upper and lower level lounges are equipped with smart TVs for personal internet accounts. The Private hot tub and lower level patio can be accessed from the lower level lounge or the third bedroom. Welcome home to Lakota Trailside 609.

Location: Lakota Subdivision, directly across from Winter Park Ski Resort. Just 3/4 mile from parking lots of Winter Park Resort ski area and shops and restaurants in the Winter Park Village. Three miles from shops and dining in Downtown Winter Park. It is a 200 yard walk downhill from Lakota Trailside properties to the free shuttle pick up spot. Also, enjoy great views of the Christmas Eve torchlight parade & fireworks.

    Condominium is beautifully decorated and well stocked! Lots of stuff in kitchen! Pots, pans, utensils, multiple small appliances, lots of dishes(plastic for young kids too), silverware, storage containers and glasses!! Well stocked towels for showering and hot tub. Nice throw blankets in rooms and tv areas. Condominium was clean, hot tub clean, nice grill and fireplace was cozy. The condominium has nice space for our family of 7. We had 2 SUVs that fit in heated garage and a truck in the driveway. The condominium is just a few minutes from WP base and MJ base areas and easy to get to dinners or shopping in Winter Park, Fraser or Tabernash.

    This home was absolutely perfect for our spring break ski stay! The layout of the home is perfect for families! 2 rooms w king beds that are both like master suites (one up and one down) and each bedroom had en suite bathrooms. Loved the downstairs game room are with the most comfortable couch! The kitchen was well stocked - the most well stocked of any rental I've ever stayed at! It had everything including spices and oils and pressure cooker and ninjas and just so many things! We cooked a lot and it was great! I was truly impressed with this property! Access to the winter park resort was easy and we found parking at vintage lot and taking the cabriolet over was easiest! We did not use the shuttle but saw that it was nearby. Incredible place!

    One of the best rentals I've ever stayed in! It's clean and well appointed! The beds are comfortable and views of the mountains are beautiful. It was great for two families of 4. My only suggestions would be to have a couple more towels in the bathrooms and add a first aid kit (we needed a bandage and couldn't find one), otherwise a perfect property!

    Cannot say enough good things about our stay at 609! The home itself was immaculate, cozy, and right across from Winter Park Resort which was incredibly convenient for our ski trip. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The views from the hot tub after a long day on the mountain just made it that much better. I would absolutely book again, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking at visiting Winter Park!

    Greatest Ski Trip location ever! Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything necessary to feed a hungry crew. Plenty of room- Fabulous Hot tub for Apres Ski and, most importantly, very short walk to shuttle pick up! You had us the second we saw the Moose head! Highly recommend this location for a Fantastic Trip!

    I'm comfortable saying this was the best vacation rental I've ever had. This relatively new home is well designed, decorated, maintained, and cleaned. The entire home is well-stocked with everything one might need. Shuttle bus stops about 100 yards uphill from the property, but we found the shuttle service (provided by the town) to be a bit slow and unpredictable. Still better than dealing with parking, though.

    Awesome place to stay in we loved the views! The place was super clean by far one of best places we have stayed at well stocked! Only thing we where not prepared for was the elevation! It is over 10k feet I never thought to research how it would affect us. My wife had elevation sickness for over 24 hours.we have stayed at places that where 7-8k in elevation n ver had problems I guess the extra 2k do make difference. Headaches, dizziness and it is hard to breathe indoors at least for us. I wish there was a warning about that or if there was I missed it. Overall loved the place and staff was super friendly and helpful.outdoor Fireplace instructions where not super clear as there is a valve on side of house that you have to open in order for it to work, bit frustrating but figured it out.

    Perfect home for a family or four couples. Kitchen was well equipped and furnishings were very nice. Fantastic view of the slopes!
