LakeViews, Community Pools, HotTub, Pet Friendly!

This property is Beautiful!. We planned for 23 to vacation here but ended up with 15. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen . 2 refrigerators, 2 dining tables seating 20 guests. Extra seating at the large bar. The stove and oven worked great . Current coffee pot is SLOW but Kuerig maker worked great. Our group enjoyed the inside pool down the road mostly, due to the heat outside. Great place, but be prepared.....Restaurants and attractions are quite pricy.

Our family tries to get a family vacation in every couple of years since we are so spread out. We are up to 13 family members now ranging from ages 3 months to 65. This house made our trip very comfortable. The number of bedrooms with attached bathrooms, views, location, and pools were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals and space. Two dishwashers was a cooks dream as well as two tables so close together. Two sets of washers/dryers was also very nice. The kids loved the game room. We usually try to think of a negative but to be honest we couldn't come up with one. The owners were very kind. Someone hit a pole and knocked the electricity out for a few hours one evening. We we never uncomfortable. The next morning there were two large water bottles on our porch. It was very thoughtful of them to think of us. Next time we are in Branson, we will definitely look for one of there houses.

Wonderful house with lots of room to spread out and enjoy time with the family.

The house was great! Plenty of room and things to do. Most supplies were provided. We had a good time.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was great and accommodating for our group of 12. The host was readily available to communicate with and made the process easy.

Our group of 16 had the absolute best time in Branson, and Lakin' Memories was the perfect home base. The house has tons of room, was well equipped/furnished and was very comfortable inside and out. We loved it so much that we are planning on a return visit this fall. This will be my 3rd time staying at one of these properties...highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with our family ranging from 1 to 80! The property had more than enough space and activities to keep us entertained!

The house was amazing, the space was great with our 19 people. The amenities were awesome, and the hostess was spot on and available to help. Would stay there again.

Great communication and plenty of things to do to keep everyone busy and happy!Very very clean!!

The location and ease of renting was amazing. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities. Unfortunately the dog hair on the furniture got all over some of our clothing and that was disappointing. Also the group renting next to us didn’t seem to understand the concept of parking in your designated spots that were clearly marked. This is no fault of our own rental company. Just inconsiderate neighbors. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Our group loved our stay! The accommodations were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the bedrooms with ensuites were perfect for our large group. Everything was wonderful — we will definitely be back!

The house was wonderful! Easy access upon arriving. Very clean and spacious for our sibling get together of 14 adults. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked w everything we needed. Would definitely book this house again!!

We loved it! Perfect family get-together house!!

Amazing place. So fantastic for large groups. We loved our stay.

9 bedrooms, 9 baths, almost 2 sets of everything. Beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Best of all the home is so well built we never ran out of hot water and never heard toilets flush, showers running or the washing machines going. Highly recommend.

Wonderful to have entire family stay together unfer one roof.

Very fun relaxing and enjoyable stay. Something for everyone!

Great property that was very clean, great location and the perfect amount of rooms and baths for our family group of 17 people.

Very nice and will maintained

The property is as advertised. Beth is a great owner and very responsive.

The property is truly amazing. The decor is beautiful and the house was very well stocked.

The WiFi did not work unless you were in the basement. The oven is dirty and probably a fire hazard. There’s only one towel in the kitchen.

Had a get away with a few couple friends of ours. The house was perfect with each room having a king bed and private bathroom. Property manager was awesome. Had a small issue with the dishwasher. Sent a quick message and had someone out very quickly to fix the problem. Would definitely come back.
