This 9 bedroom home perches on the top hill of beautiful Chateau Mountain with stunning views of Table Rock Lake from the back deck! The home is stocked with extra comforts, lots of entertainment, and plenty of room for your whole group! Featuring a private hot tub, community indoor and outdoor pools, and a location convenient to all of Branson's amazing activities!

The Space:

Rock Top Getaway is the ultimate destination for your family to reconnect and cherish quality time together. As soon as you step inside, you'll be enveloped in the luxurious, relaxed ambiance that defines the perfect vacation. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, exquisite countertops, and additional counter seating. Gather around the spacious dining table for shared meals and hearty laughter. In the living area, you can unwind while watching your favorite movie on the TV or lose yourself in a good book by the cozy fireplace. Need to do some work The desk area is the perfect spot for you to catch up on emails and still enjoy the views of Table Rock Lake. Step out onto the main level decks to bask in the breathtaking views of the Ozarks, where comfortable seating options await, ensuring you'll relax and savor the sights and sounds of this scenic wonderland.

For an extra dose of entertainment, head downstairs to the game area, where a world of fun awaits. Discover board games, not one but TWO foosball tables, a corn hole set, and a classic Galaga arcade game. There's also an additional lounging area where you can catch the latest sports game or indulge in your favorite shows. Outside, picnic tables provide the perfect spot for a midday snack, and the private hot tub invites you to unwind with a soothing soak. A small putting green was also just added in the back for additional entertainment!

The upper level of Rock Top Getaway houses 5 of its 9 bedrooms, all of which promise a restful night's sleep. Whether you choose any of these bedrooms, you can count on a comfortable and rejuvenating experience. We are also ready for your little ones with a booster seat, high chair, and pack-n-play!

Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just down the street including an INDOOR POOL (open year round), an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally), and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!

The Neighborhood:
CHATEAU MOUNTAIN is one of the newest vacation neighborhoods in Branson and it will not disappoint! It sits on the hillside overlooking the water and the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE will have you falling in love with the location! Not only are the views fantastic but the neighborhood amenities are second to none and are just down the street! The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! There is even a hot tub in this indoor space where you can relax while your kiddos swim! Your little ones will also have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and the teens will love shooting some hoops on the BASKETBALL COURT in the neighborhood just below! Last but not least, the newest craze around, PICKLEBALL is also available in the lower neighborhood and is ready for games to be had by your whole crew!

Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!

Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 11 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 4 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
