It worked for what we needed it for but outside of house was in pretty rough shape but the inside was nice. WiFi was extremely slow as well
Had a great stay, you could tell that the people who stayed in it the night before most definitely had a party, so i feel the house keepers didnt have enought time to finish cleaning before we checked in.
Ok property and room. While watching tv in the evening a rat ran across the dining room floor Ugh. Hard to relax with rodent sharing the location
This home is spacious and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is well stocked. There is a large backyard for kids to play in and the rental is well-stocked with amenities for little ones. It was perfect for my 87 year old mom as a bedroom, bathroom, and all other essentials were on the ground floor. And the loft allowed my 2 kids to have their own cots to sleep on which were comfortable. The washer and dryer also worked well. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Well we have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was the most disappointed we have been. We even called and emailed formal complaint with photos. When we arrived we noticed that there were towels in the washer that had not been started, there were long silver hairs and when looked like pet hair on the sofas in the den, there was used Dove shampoo and conditioner bottles, the refrigerator drawer was broken, there is a deep stain on one of the throw pillows, there is no rod or any way to close the sliding den door shades unless you reach up and manually slide them, and the lights worked in the kitchen but it was difficult. We also noticed the there seemed to be some sort of animal droppings behind the sofa - we saw them when we had to get a pen. Overall - it just felt less clean that when we expected. We did clean the dishes and started a load of towels. We put all the bedding by the washer. We did have a magical moment when we watch 5 deer come and stay in the back yard one evening. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.
Such a wonderful walk to the ocean! And close to both Astoria and Cannon Beach.
Had a wonderful time. Perfect location. Love the deer that wader through on a daily basis.
The kitchen lights and garbage disposal didn't work. I notified Vacasa twice and they assured me that the property manager would take care of it. We stayed four days and nights and it was never fixed.
My family of 4 really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the Beachcomber house! It was a perfect base for our two day stay, thank you Vacasa!
The beds are horrible, worn, squeaky and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The beds in the loft are cots. The sofa bed you may as well not even try, it felt like it was about to break. The TV didn't work or they need to leave instructions on which remote to use. We tried every combo and couldn't get it working. Same in the bedroom, 4 remotes in there and couldn't get a station. The fire pit out front has no bottom. A big fire Hazzard if you use it. The garbage was full, I mean two cans and they were both completly full. There was no backyard. The pictures and description are very deceitful to what you actually arrive to The best things was what was near. The beach, the little coffee shop on the corner, and the playground at the end of the street.
Two bedrooms with a loft. Quiet street with the greatest little cafe just down the road. Looking forward to staying there again when we find ourselves on the north Oregon Coast.
We loved the house perfect for family outing would come again just the garage did have a weird smell otherwise it was great
Cute house, open ceilngs, accessible to a wonderful beach and basketball court. Great place to come back to after a day of adventures.
Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood.
Clean and cozy. Close to everything I was there for. Too bad the power went out when we tried to toast some bread, Then the internet went out too! Unable to locate the router and two breakers could not be reset. I called Vacasa and they fixed the problem 18 hours later. Nice place except for that and very, very slow internet. 1 mega bit.
We really enjoyed Sunset Beach and Eli is great!!
Adorable cozy home, well equipped kitchen, nice hard wood floors, lots of space. I would stay here again.
