Stayed Apr 17, 2025The house ways very nice in the perfect location. I should have read the reviews before going. One reviewer stated that the dining chair was unstable. Well I learned that the hard way. I tried to sit at the dining table and the chair fell apart and I ended in on the floor. After that happened I felt really uncomfortable. The owner said don’t worry about the chair and no one reported the chair broken, but when I read the reviews after falling someone else had the same experience back in December.The home is very beautiful, the game room was a benefit because my kids love games and the grill was my highlight. Like I said if the owner get new chairs in the dining room so a family can sit and eat. The place could be a 5 star. PS. Update the bathrooms too

Stayed Nov 25, 2024The community this house is located in is wonderful. The house had a lot of delayed maintenance. The Keurig was broken and was not replaced the entire time we were there even though we were told that the maintenance guy would be back with a new one. There were blinds missing from windows in the bedroom. The chairs to the dining room table were very loose and one broke under us sitting on it. The maintenance man did come out and look at the chairs, tightened them, but they broke right away after he left. The hot tub gave us a rash that we are still dealing with a week after the trip, I think the chemicals were not correct. The beds were very very uncomfortable. I was disappointed in the house for the amount of money that they charged, the furniture and appearance of the house is not up to that standard of cost. The kids did enjoy the games in the basement, but I just think that the maintenance of the house needs to be addressed on the house and on the furniture.
