It was a unique experience for kids to live in a Victorian house. The house was fully equipped with amenities including complimentary wine in the kitchen. Well thought out. The only downside i can think of is slow drain in the shower tub.

Wonderful property - bedrooms were great and heat worked well for a very cold weekend stay! Great house for a large group - appreciate the large spaces to hang out as a group - from the huge dining room table to the large living room on the third floor. Plenty of space to be together as well as be alone from the group. House itself is beautiful and great overall stay!

It was good but a little disappointing in the lake. Entry to the lake was not good for the eight-year-old and the 11-year-old . I guess I didn’t realize that when I booked it the house was great. The area was great.

Did a ski weekend with a bunch of friends, the house was perfect, the character of the place and unique styling of each room was super fun, the hot tub was actually HOT, which was impressive for how cold it was outside. The house used to be an old bed and breakfast and it lends itself beautifully to being a VRBO for a large group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back and rent again!

Had a fantastic weekend with a group of 16! The teenagers claimed the upstairs, allowing the adults to relax in the main rooms and kitchen. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless, which was a nice bonus since each family had their own. The kitchen is a bit small but has everything we needed. Enjoying the hot tub after a long day of skiing was the highlight! It was the perfect getaway for our group. Thank you Chris!

This property is stunning. It fit our group of 14 perfectly. There are so many unique details and beautiful furniture. The kitchen was well-stocked for pots/pans/utensils/cleaning supplies which I always appreciate - makes group meals so much easier to manage. Quiet area, would be great all year round depending on what activities you like. Hot tub was a major highlight!

We stayed at Chris' mansion for my wedding this past weekend and it was everything I expected and more. Although it isn't a full service venue, the owner Chris was sooooo helpful in getting everything we needed for our wedding. He owns a restaurant as well and was able to provide all of our appetizers, servers and bartenders! We even had our rehearsal dinner at his bar down the street called Jax on Tap. The bartenders were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. They even made a sign for me and made specialty shots for us all. Shout out to Kim! 3 The house is gorgeous and spacious and filled with amenities. The yard is so spacious as well and we were able to fit a wedding of over 100 people. The grounds were beautifully kept and I couldn't have asked for more! We can't wait to stay here in the future or another one of Chris' properties. 3 Thank you, Chris!!!

We had a great time. The house had so much room for our huge family. We felt spoiled that each family had their own bathroom. The lake was lovely for floating and kayaking. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and were thankful for the indoor space when it rained the last day. Only complaint is that the septic area was smelly.

Very lovely stay at this mansion. The owners appear to really care about this property and have taken great care of this historic home. We had a family reunion of roughly fifteen people coming and going all week. No real major issues. We loves the spillway area and ability to kayak on the lake across the street. Just a really great week and experience. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our larger family event. The bedrooms were quiet and each one had their own bathroom. The owner was responsive to any needs. We had a wonderful event.
