Lovely house great location with brilliant views A tumble dryer would be great and expected for the standard of house And some more cutely and plates and as when a large party can be tricky However definitely a house we love and will keep staying . Maybe not in the the summer as very expensive.

Lakeside was warm and comforting, we stayed in October and was blessed with great weather. We were a family of 5 with two dogs and the house easily accommodated us. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed Board games in an evening. The benefit of the upstairs lounge with terrace and views of the sea enabled us to enjoyed picture perfect sunrises. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house and you are on the sand dunes then beach, which were a daily visit. A short walk into town and you benefit from all Rhosneigr has to offer. The house is a few minutes walk to the oyster catcher. We had a great week and would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends. Anglesey holidays have one of the best customer service teams we have experienced.

This is our second time here and booked again for next year. Love the new decor, just the ensuite shower and outside need a bit of tlc now. Well equipped, lovely views over to the Oyster Catcher and beyond, just a pity we didn’t get to use the balcony this year with the wind. Ideally placed, just a short walk into town (short cut through brings you out near Chaplin’s, can recommend the food and ice cream here). Sandy Mount hotel have a dog friendly area and food is lovely but recommend booking. Dog friendly beaches walking either direction from Rhosneigr. One small point, firmer pillows please ☺️

This is a lovely, comfortable, well equipped house. The rooms are all a good size and the balcony is a great extra. Just a few yards from the beach and a short walk into the village. Lots of space for parking. Would highly recommend this house. We had a lovely stay.

A wonderful weeks stay in my favourite village. The house was fantastic. Clean, spacious, well presented, and had fantastic facilities including Smart TVs , Alexa, BBQ. The darts board was a great bonus for my darts obsessed son! A large balcony with tables, chairs and loungers overlooks one of the best views in Rhosneigr. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house and great views from the balcony. Was clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our mini break at this house. Great location and only a few minutes walk into the village and quick walk to the pub/restaurant. Would definitely go back here again.

The property is neither Lakeside (as indicated by it's name) or two minutes from the beach. Very misleading advertising!!!! Lots of plumbing issues. Downstairs toilet does not flush properly, en-suite sink tap dodgy, en-suite shower tray dodgy etc. Health and safety issue with the tiling on the large balcony. Floor tiles have been laid without any grouting. Therefore they move around and have sharp edges which cut feet!!! Property in general appears to have been fitted out on the cheap. Poor decorating and heath robinson.

Our family group (three generations and two dogs) stayed here last year too, so that probably gives a good indication of how much we like it. The property is spacious and well-appointed, with lots of nooks and crannies where you can sneak away for a quiet read or to watch TV. As often as not though, we'd find ourselves out on the balcony, sunning ourselves or enjoying the fabulous views of the Maelog Lake or the sea along Broad Beach. This beach is very accessible - just a two or three minute walk from the house and you are crossing the dunes. We went on the beach most days and, even on the weekend days in August, it was really quiet, so our two dogs could enjoy running and playing on the sand and in the shallows. The centre of the little town is in very easy reach, and we enjoyed the takeaways from Scarlett's Chippy and Aydin's Pizza, as well as the dining facilities of the excellent and dog-friendly Sandy Mount House. This house has everything our family group could want for a seaside holiday home, and I'd be surprised if we didn't go back in 2025.

This was our second stay at Lakeside. Perfect location for getting young children down to the beach without too much fuss. Lovely views as a bonus. Property was looking a little tired in places but otherwise all good.

We had a great week in the house, despite the bad weather. The balcony area above the garage and porch enabled everyone to sit outside and look at the sea. Great kitchen space and the downstairs bathroom was handy. No one complained about a bad back, so I'll assume the mattresses were comfy! Massive tv in the lounge area was a winner! Next doors dog is a pest as it roams free and jumps over walls, so keep the gates shut to keep it and it's mess out. We've booked again for next year.

This is the 2nd time we have been to this property as we loved the location and the size of the house. I do think it should be marketed as a 6 +2 as the double bed in the annex is difficult to get into and a bit cramped. However, that aside, the gardens are lovely, the property has everything you could need and it is in the perfect place for both the beach and going into Rhosneigr and exploring Anglesey in general.

Very spacious house with loads of kitchen equipment. Stunning views but slightly marred by the dirty windows and glass doors both inside and out. I understand the outside when the property is exposed to the weather but inside were full of dog nose marks and handprints! I left a message with housekeeping and the outside were cleaned but not sure if this was a coincidence as they didn’t get back to me at all, not even a courtesy call. The floor of the balcony also needed cleaning. Front bedrooms could do with black out linings, it was daylight at 4.30am each morning. Despite this we had a fantastic week and weather was the best this year. Dog friendly beaches and eateries within walking distance (book if you want to eat at the Sandy Mount). We’ve rebooked for next year and hope that housekeeping add window cleaning to the weekly tasks.
