Great and easy check in and stay. Host contact was easy to connect with. He came and emptied trash can that was packed full so we could add our trash. Only complaint was the lake access area was dirty. I cleaned up myself trash and odds and ends. Fence around the lake access needs cleaned off. Looks tacky for what was paid for the unit. Just looks unkept house is old and could use a few updates but was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again

Perfect spot for kids and family to stay. We enjoyed the lakefront, trips into town, and awesome views.

The location is GREAT! The house is outdated but was large enough for our family group. They need to add some basic supplies - additional TP & hand soap at the sinks. ALSO a ravine was in the driveway & a member sprained an ankle. This was fixed while we were still on site.

This property is beautiful and so fun & convenient next to the lake. The room setup is great for large groups. Overall, the stay was great but the house is in need of some updating, fixing & cleaning in some certain areas.

Four retired siblings and spouses for three days and nights. Well stocked kitchen and nice beds/bedrooms. Views of sunrise over the mountains and lake makes this place a great value.

Overall, the house is nice and in a great location. However, the issues that were brought up in the Jan 2023 review have not been resolved. It could use some general maintenance and upkeep.

Location was perfect! 5 starsView out the front windows is fantastic! 5 starsThis older property needs a ton of love.Front deck desperately needs maintenance. We could not find the binder with house rules and special instructions (like satellite tv or tricky light switches) etc.Kitchen- Pod coffee maker didn’t work. There was a back-up traditional pot. Limited pans for cooking. No wine glasses… which is a biggy for our crowd.Living room- Lights and switches in the living room were no good on a lamp and the ceiling fan. We could not get the tv to load channels. We stayed in a downstairs bedroom. The door doesn’t fit the frame. The knob is broken probably as a result of forcing the door in and out. Super noisy for the whole house when you need to be quiet.On-suite bathroom has a toilet tank lid that is cracked… apparently because the flush lever lifts it off the tank every time. Baseboard heater end cap sticks out a ways. Almost skewered myself on a night run to the head. The pocket door to get in and out of the bathroom needs help and is noisy when you’re trying to be quiet. The bed mattress is great. The frame it sits on creates an experience somewhere between an earthquake and a water bed.Called the property manager and left a message. Still haven’t heard back.The business model appears to have a line item of zero for reinvestment. It may be that the location is so good with limited competition that they don’t have to do anything and people likeme still rent.These are the things I would have wanted to know prior to booking.

Great location, cozy and dog-friendly with fenced yard. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean on the surface but drawers and cupboards could use some attention. Needs attention to maintenance and repairs.
