House was roomy and clean

This was a family vacation with Ohio and California member all my kids and grandkids. The home was lovely and completely met our needs, it was in a perfect location for the younger kids learning to ride their bikes and provided a nice ride down to the lake for our more experienced riders/skateboarders. Ample parking. Loved sitting on the porch. Joe was very easy to communicate with and check in instructions were easy. Would rent this house again when returning to Lakeside.

The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Joe was very helpful and very responsive. We would definitely rent from him again!

The house served us well this year it was clean, and that was nice to have and providing the sheets and towels were a great bonus. We had a couple little glitches with things that just happened and Joe the owner was right on it and replying and getting people out to take care of it. It was a great location if you have kids riding bikes to crafts or the pool or Pickleball and tennis all in the same street. We had plenty of yard still to park and olay ninja game in the evenings. Lakeside has been tradition with our family for over 30 years and it's something that all ages look forward to each summer. Thank you for making your place available. We hope to run it again.

The house was beautiful! Newly furnished and updated, it was the perfect home for me and my sister’s family to vacation. We fit 4 adults and 5 kids in this two story with no problem. Although, no central air conditioning, the individual units worked well at keeping us cool and comfortable. Big front porch was nice for morning coffee. Full size washer and dryer was a plus! Location within Lakeside was perfect right next to quiet gardens and minutes from the waterfront. Communication with the owner was great. We hope to come back!

The house was exactly as advertised: neat, updated, great location, and great communication from host. No central air, but ac units did the trick!

We loved our stay at your home in Lakeside ! It was actually much larger in person than on the pics ! So much space ! Each room had air conditioners so that was awesome and we loved all of the furnishings inside and outside ! Pics don't do this place justice. Great place. Great communication !

We enjoyed our stay at Joe's place for Labor Day! Pros- close to the pool, great options for parking, (large open space next to house), great communication, and easy check in Cons - Microwave didn't work, a bit of a walk to downtown Lakeside, listing deceiving with number of beds/bedrooms, (The sunroom does not have a separate door FYI), just has a/c window units, not central air so certain parts of house got very warm.

Our family enjoyed this vacation home. Clean, plenty of room and the host was very helpful.
