Lakeside Escape – Beach Access, Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Sunset Views

Host was very welcoming and the amenities were in good condition.

Great large house for the entire family. Lots of space to be together and lots of space to be alone. Teens loved game room. Well stocked and easy to use. Host most helpful and quickly answered all questions. Will come again,

The home location is very private and quiet. Very clean- well maintained. Pool area and yard were wonderful and well cared for(some earlier reviews made comment of weed growth but We found the grounds to be beautiful) We had wonderful weather and lounged by the pool. Excellent places to lounge in shade or sun.Game room was a fun treat that we didn’t think we would take advantage of, but ended up having a lot of fun. Rooms were very clean, most amenities you could think of were provided. Layout of house is unusual, and hard to understand until you see it. But more than enough space for everyone. Definitely would recommend and stay againWalk to the beautiful beach was easy. Loved our time-

The house was beautiful, big, could fit plenty of people comfortably. The hosts were quick to communicate and very accommodative. The pool was beautiful, clean and warm. Beach was as advertised, less than a 5 minute walk. Overall could not have asked for a better stay!

The house met all of our needs. We enjoyed everything it had to offer.The inside was beautiful and spacious.The outside needs a little attention to landscaping and bug/bee control.The lake was a little farther than anticipated. The stairs to the lake were difficult for small kids and pregnant moms.The extras like beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, and smore kit were very appreciated.

We recently stayed at this property with a large group—8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 9 years old to 3 months—and the interior of the home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all of us. Although the layout was a bit quirky, we were able to make it work without too much trouble.The many large windows brought in great natural light, but the lack of coverings (even in the bedrooms) made early mornings a challenge with the kids—most were up with the sunrise at 6 a.m.During our stay, the AC unit stopped working, but Nate, the property owner, responded quickly and had maintenance on-site right away, which we really appreciated.The pool was a highlight—beautiful and very clean upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the exterior of the home. The outdoor areas were quite neglected, with overgrown weeds, spider webs, fallen leaves, and moss throughout. The hot tub area was unusable due to the amount of bugs and overgrowth, and the pergola area was so infested with bugs that we couldn’t sit there comfortably. Weeds were even growing through the chairs around the fire pit. We ended up pulling weeds and using a blower ourselves just to be able to enjoy some of the outdoor space.Overall, we did enjoy our stay, especially the spacious interior and clean pool. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the exterior, which didn’t match the quality of the inside. With a little more attention to the outdoor maintenance, this property could be a true

The layout is unusual. You enter into a separate and smaller kitchen, walk through a bedroom to get to the main room.Only the loft bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The HVAC was uneven and this area was very warm during our summer stay. Other rooms needed to have the vents covered, or became too cold.Three bedrooms, including the bunk bed room, all share 1 small bathroom.The extra Apartment is very small and uncomfortable. No one in our group wanted to stay there. The driveway is a single lane. It is very tight for unloading and requires juggling cars to get in and out. The trees and shrubs need trimming.The pool area is nice, but on the side of the house instead of the backyard like you might expect. The pool is very nice and kept at a perfect temperature. It was perfectly clean during our stay.The location is very good and about a 10 minute walk to a fantastic beach. Don’t forget to grab the pass to get into the private gate.The house has a generator backup! We were there during a storm and never lost power despite a few flickers.The game room is fun. 3 video games and a reduced size pool table. A very nice additional feature. Once you get used to it, it’s not a bad house. It’s not luxurious, but it’s more than adequate.

Great easy communication with Nate, very responsive! We came up with multiple family members and had a wonderful time, would definitely stay again! Thanks again for a wonderful family mini-vacation! Pool was beautiful

We had such a GREAT weekend here with another family (total 9 people, 5 kids). Tons of bedrooms and options. Amazing pool that the kids used all weekend even in 60 degree weather. Owners were amazing and super communicative. They thought of everything and the house was stocked with everything you can think of. Hot tub was also a huge hit with everyone!

The house is very nice and has a very cozy feeling to it. We were pleasantly surprised that it was so spacious and everyone had their own sleeping spot. All amenities were taken care of, we lacked nothing. Host was very responsive and welcoming! Would love to stay again with our group.
