Stayed Mar 9, 2026The house was large enough for our group. It had most of everything we needed for our stay. It has the basics for dishes in the kitchen. The coffe pot is only a 5-6 cup maker so if you like your coffee in the morning, I'd recommend bringing your own coffee maker. We didn't use the pool. The landscape by the pool area did not look anything like the photo posted online. It had a partially built brick patio. We had some plumbing issues with the master shower not draining and the kitchen sink was clogged on one side. The host did offer to send a plumber right away when we contacted them. There was complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner to use however a couple of the bottles were only half full. There were towels for use. The games provided were missing pieces. The house had a mildew smell and was in need of a deep clean too. With the minor fixes and a good cleaning we would consider staying here again. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was easy to contact and was quick to respond.

Stayed Nov 11, 2025The property was a little quirky, but overall we enjoyed the vacation rental. While we were there we did not use the pool or volleyball court. We did enjoy the spacious living rooms with the couches. The property did have a few spiderwebs and some wasp visitors. The bunk beds were a bit rocky, but overall we enjoyed the home and the property. We would stay at this property again.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025The size and sleeping accommodations were perfect for our party of seven. With that being said, there are some improvements needed to get a five star rating. It seems as though this is a fairly new rental as there were no previous reviews when we booked. We decided to take a chance and the place was good but I’d like to make a few suggestions for great reviews in the future. - some landscaping, especially in the back yard to make it more inviting. There is a pool but it’s right in line with the afternoon sun. Texas summers are hot and stepping into the pool is like stepping into a jacuzzi. Perhaps some trees or some poles with shade sails attached.
