Stayed Jul 13, 2025This property was fantastic and beautiful. High marks for cleanliness. Home was well stocked with beach necessities (wagons, umbrellas, beach toys for grandkids). Had limited interaction with the hostess (Heather) but was provided all the necessary information needed and was excellent. Highly recommend the property!!

Stayed May 24, 2025Our family enjoyed the house, and would rent again next year! The owner/host did a great job. Comfortable beds, AC and newer TV’s worked well, plenty of space, nicely decorated and very clean, well stocked including the little things that matter, nice gas grill with gas provided, beach gear available in the garage, you name it! All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor FYI. We love Blue Mountain Beach and staying in the Lakeside neighborhood or nearby Redfish Village, but this might be our new favorite Lakeside rental going forward.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The house was perfect for us (4 adults and 3 kids) and we loved being able to walk to the beach (~10 minutes-15) and pool (~2 minutes). The house is walking distance to several great restaurants, too! We’d definitely stay here again when we come back to 30A!
