You will enjoy dining by the water on the back deck! Thisgreat getaway is located on the Northwest end of Flathead Lake in Rollins, Montana. It is a wonderful location that can provide a great home base for exploring the Flathead Valley, hiking in Glacier Park or just relaxing and enjoying the view! Fishing, golf, hiking, water sports, horseback riding, and shopping are all available nearby. Book your wonderful and charming Montana vacation today!



Lakeshore is a 2-bedroom 2-bath home, single level home, that is comfortably furnished for a great Montana vacation. It has a master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom also has a queen and access to the other bathroom in the hall. The large kitchen and living area is a cheerful gathering place for the whole family. The wrap around deck features propane grill, table and chairs to spend time enjoying meals with family and friends and taking in the amazing Flathead lake views.  This home has Wi-Fi for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, and lawn with extra parking in front of the garage, but no garage access. The guests also have lake access across the road at the Rollins RV Park Guest boat launch and picnic area. In order to have access to the boat slips you have to rent them through the Rollins RV Park.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in Rollins Montana, across the road from the Rollins RV Park Boat Launch on the West side of Flathead Lake, 10 min south of Lakeside.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get to and from the property as well as explore the area with ease. As a more rural area there are very few public transport and uber like options.



**WINTER ADVISORY**- Please note that October - April we highly recommended a 4-wheel or All-wheel drive vehicle, as you never know what the weather will be like in Montana.

CANCELATION POLICY:

** Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in are FULLY REFUNDABLE, minus the credit card processing fee. That fee is collected by an outside party upon booking and is non-refundable.

** Reservations canceled at least 14 days prior to check-in are 50% REFUNDABLE.

** Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to check-in are NON REFUNDABLE.
