Stayed Jun 13, 2025This place was everything we expected. It was clean. It had plenty of room. Not to mention a great beach to go to if you wanted to. Tucked away from the main road. Dunkin’ Donuts down the street was a plus. Great communications with the owner. Everything worked as should. Thanks for having us.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Location and neighborhood were great. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk in the smell of mold smacks you in the face. Looking around there was obvious mold contamination in the bathroom (not real bad) and in the basement, (extremely bad). We all felt the effects in our throats, eyes and nose after spending one night. MOLD problem needs to be addressed before this property is put back on the VRBO market as people's health are being compromised unknowingly.

Stayed Nov 17, 2023The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to silver lake, north conway, and lots of outdoor activities. There is a smaller lake with easy access nearby and the rental comes with a canoe. The interior was clean and generally pleasant. The building is a bit older, but functions as advertised. The well water is very high in iron, so I would consider bringing your own drinking water, but it was fine to cook with. Overall it was a great spot!
