Great place! Warm and cozy during our week of very cold weather

We had an excellent vacation. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was a pleasure to work with. We were close to ski resorts, restaurants, and North Conway. We cannot wait to book another trip!

Beautiful house! We had to make an adjustment to our schedule last minute and they were very understanding and accommodating. The house was so nice and incredibly clean. The kids loved swimming at the pond. We would definitely stay again!!

House was nice on the inside. Grill and AC worked well. The community was ok, but many nice places to visit within 30-40 minutes.

We stayed the week of July 4th with our grandchildren and their parents and this house was perfect for our family. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. It's a short walk to the pond and there's a parking pass of you want to drive. The area is like a campground setting and easy to walk around. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

Came to area with family to attend wedding weekend in area. Host was great at communicating from the beginning, home is exactly as described with all we could have needed/wanted, including nice bottle of wine and well-stocked game cabinet. Neighborhood very quiet and could see how would be a great place for kids to play outside. Lots of beautiful hikes in area. Would stay again if ever back up in area.

This was a perfect house for our adult family to have a long weekend whilst going to my nephews wedding on the Saturday. The house was spacious, lovely and every amenity we could need was there. The owners were extremely communicative and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and also made use of the available wood for a fire pit one evening! Would totally recommend this vacation home and if we’re ever in New Hampshire again I would 100% book my stay here!

What a wonderful weekend near North Conway to enjoy a peak of fall. This home was perfect for our family . Spacious, open and most importantly well taken care of. Great gathering for fun family getaways ! Loved loved it !

We had a wedding at Castle in the Clouds. This was a great location midway between the wedding venue and North Conway. The place was great!

Our family had such a great time. The house was in the perfect location for everything that we wanted to do during this trip. The house was impeccable and was centrally located to all the great hiking spots and attractions.

The home was clean and the amenities were great. Pictures were great but even better in person. Loved the lake access. About 25 min away from activities in N. Conway which is a little of a pain if you plan on going back and forth but i liked the quiet time away and still being close enough to the activities if we wanted. Would absolutely stay again.

My family and I rented this house with a friend and her son last weekend (8/1-8/5) It was the perfect size house for us. Great location for the things we wanted to do in the area. From the start communication was great with the owner. The house was extremely clean and stocked with what was listed. The beach was great! The kids enjoyed the swimming docks and kayaking around the pond. It was such a nice stay! Thank you for opening your home to us!

What a great experience! Beautiful area we have been visiting for years to relax & see friends and decided to rent our own place . So happy we did. Host has everything you need ! I try to pack everything from home because I hate going to store right when I get to a rental but I really didn’t need to bring anything but fresh food! Kitchen fully equipped! Very clean home. Firewood ready for a fire . Washer /dryer huge plus for me too. Great communication with host . We already miss it and can’t wait to go back! House is so bright and porch is so nice to enjoy. Happy we found it . You will not be disappointed ?

Had a great stay. While we spent much time at wedding events, we loved hanging out on the front porch with old friends. House was well appointed and spacious.

The house was a great location for our event nearby. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only, and minor criticism is that the 2 bathrooms are very small considering the open and airy feeling of the main floor. We would gladly book again if the opportunity comes up.

A wonderful place to stay with family and create memories. The home is well taken care of and very clean! The owners of the home, David and Lee were great!!! Very responsive to questions I had prior to staying and extremely considerate during our stay. This is my first time I used VRBO and looking forward to booking for next years vacation.

The house was wonderful. It has all the comforts of home. Absolutely loved having my morning coffee on the front porch. My grandsons lived at the lake lol. I would definitely advise renting this house

Two couples had a great time, clean easy access to beach , very quiet an relaxing. Stayed 5 nites . Would stay here again for sure !
