The Space:

Welcome to your Lakes Region getaway, a bright and modern multi-level home designed to give families and groups comfortable spaces to gather while providing separate sleeping areas throughout the home.



From the entry, a central staircase connects the different levels of the property. Wood-look stair treads, a warm wood handrail and black metal balusters create a clean, modern transition between the sleeping areas and the main living spaces.



The entry/lower level includes a bedroom with two twin beds, offering a convenient sleeping area away from the upper floors.



Continue upstairs to the main gathering area, where the kitchen, dining space and living room flow seamlessly together. The open-concept layout makes it easy for everyone to stay connected, whether someone is preparing dinner, relaxing on the sofa or gathering around the table.



The living room is bright and welcoming, with large windows bringing natural light into the space. Settle into the comfortable sofa or one of the two recliner chairs, put your feet up on the large ottoman, and unwind by the fireplace after a day exploring the Lakes Region. Just off the living room, step out onto the front balcony for a little fresh air and a relaxing outdoor moment.



A large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Roku streaming provides entertainment for movie nights and relaxed evenings at home. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available for streaming, browsing and staying connected throughout your stay.



The kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and generous counter space, creating a clean and functional space for preparing everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the lake to a relaxed dinner with the family.

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- No pets, smoking, parties, or events are allowed, with a strict $1,500 fine for violations.

- Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure.

- A personal vehicle is required. Please reach out with any questions!
