The location top notch the rooms extra rooms game room just a joy to Walk in to the unit unpack and have nothing to worry about. Everything you needed there after you make a grocery stop. Beautiful location, we enjoyed every inch of this place even the hot tub, sauna, the movie theater game room. Seating for 14 we all sat together on the back porch and then had a night of 25 eating all had a place no eating on lap. The porches are made for having your first cup of coffee in the morning or waiting foeRain to move on just so relaxing. Great job!!! Every unit had its own refrigerator and ice maker and a small kitchen with coffee pots no matter where you slept. Great job?

The house was amazing and well laid out. Having the main bedroom , kitchen and living room all on the entry level really helped my parents who would have struggled with stairs. The only issues we had were:1) that the cookware wasn't very easy to use when we made breakfast - no non-stick pans effectively.2) the rec room doesn't have a bathroom, meaning that people enjoying it had to go to the main building.Overall a wonderful experience.

We stayed at American Spa for a family reuinion. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. When we arrive, one of the coffee maker carafes was not working and they had a new coffe maker delivered within the hour. Kids loved the hot tub, pool, and movie room. We rented a Pontoon for a day and could easily pick and and drop off people in our crew throughout the day.

The house is beautiful with a great main living area to enjoy with lots of family! The deck is the perfect place to enjoy the water view with a morning coffee. The house is great to entertain kids.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The pool was warm and clean. Plenty of pool toys and accessories. We loved our stay at this house! The hot tub was awesome because of the amazing view! The host delivered everything anyone would want for a fabulous vacation home. I can’t say enough good things about American Spa!

10/10 stay in this rental! Used every amenity. Host was super communicative. Perfect for our group. Would stay again!

This place has it all inside and out, no matter what time of year. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to entertain guests. We look forward to coming back.

This house deserves five stars. Everything about it was perfect: the location, design, and decoration were all flawless. The communication with the host was fast, nice, and quick.

Our experience was great. The property was beautiful and a great place to play and relax. The scenery was beautiful and pool area was a great place to hang out with the family.The host was also great. Any questions we had we answered immediately.

We travel a lot of places and this was one of the cleanest vacation houses we have rented. It has all amenities you could imagine, plus some. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. This is a great place to stay with family and friends.

Loved the house. It was great for a family vacation. We appreciated the outdoor amenities- kayaks, paddle boards, putting green, sauna, pool, hot tub and great decks. We had great weather so we didn’t use the game room very much. The host was quick to respond regarding a few questions we had. I would definitely recommend the property anf book it again for the family.

Our family needed a big place to stay for our annual Labor Day weekend gathering. It had a big screen TV for the guys to watch the start of college football for 2025 and it was the best relaxing weekend. We all enjoyed the swimming pool.

Asked for early check in because we were traveling with 2 1/2 year old twins, was told no. Got to the house after 4pm cleaning crew was still there til 5pm House was not clean smelled of smoke not sure but I think the cleaning crew was staying in the house. At least that’s what it looked like.Sewer was slow draining and some toilets were stopped up, internet was terrible and all tvs are hooked to internet and if you don’t have a Netflix or YouTube account you can’t watch tv towels had make up on some of them House looked a lot better in the professional pictures that were taken very misleading. Will not stay again.

Great place for our family get away. Never left the property, 7 grandkids had all they needed to keep them interested and adults had space when they wanted it…… very clean and well laid out!

The house, pool, spa, and game room were all exceptional! We were especially appreciative of the communications with the host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. Everything was clean and like what was advertised except for the bedroom count.We were counting on the 7 bedrooms as advertised, so were disappointed that there were only 5 bedrooms plus two areas where people could sleep. Otherwise, we had a great week!

Great amenities and awesome views made for a memorable stay. We had 19 in our party and had plenty of room. Our host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Our group of 15 was here for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute! With the exception of a couple of short outings, we were at the house the full time. Our teens loved the paddleboards and canoes. The littles turned into fish in the pool. We taught the teens how to play 21 and Texas Hold 'em. The movie room was a hit with all ages! We took our family photos by the pool with the lake in the background. Our host was attentive and answered every question quickly.

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property. The kids and grandkids loved the pool, game room, kayaking and catching fish off the dock. The host was wonderful and always quick to respond to any question. We've stayed at many VRBO properties through the years and this was definitely the best!

Outstanding house and place to stay. Has everything- you really don't need to leave this place once you are here.

We had a fantastic time. We had our children and parents with us and there was something for everyone to do. It was a nice relaxing short stay. Everything was nice and well kept. The game room was a big hit.

Stayed here with friends before we all depart in different seasons in life and honestly will everything to do in hot springs we wanted to stay at the house the whole time! It’s was everything and more! I perfect getaway and already looking to come back next year. Host was very easy to talk to and they place had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay! It’s a perfect vacation lake house!
