Stayed Aug 22, 2025Lakeside 2 was perfect for us……it was beautifully decorated and loaded with amenities, well-stocked with things we needed! The WiFi is extremely unreliable but I don’t know how common that is in this area…..fortunately there are nearby restaurants/etc whose WiFis could be used. The washing machine was not working and that caused us an inconvenience for the week……I had to leave many used towels for the cleaning service, sorry ….our week at the lake was relaxing & enjoyed by all!

Stayed Aug 20, 2023We have been renting houses on Lake Tahoe for 10+ years. This place has the best views of any place we've stayed. The place was super clean and well stocked. We were able to cook meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very peaceful time spent. It was also great to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and other shopping. We would stay here again!

Stayed May 22, 2023An excellent location, wonderful property, and a gracious, responsive host made this a trip to remember. The photos are very representative but still don't do the place justice. Along with being clean, modern and fully stocked, it is obvious Karen understands what sets a vacation home apart from the rest. Every dish, pot, pan and other amenity was something that I would put in my own home, not typical vacation rental stuff! The location is perfect, a quick walk to Safeway (24 hours!), good local restaurants, too many activities to mention, plus a beach and lake on the doorstep. The only negative I can think of is that I forgot to bring a glass of wine into the jacuzzi with me!
