Lakefront Sunrise Beach Home w/ Private Dock!

Great place can’t wait to come back and fish

The place itself was nicely decorated, had almost everything you need. The view of the lake, and the back porch was amazing. The downside to this place was, there are 2 sets of stairs you have to go down to get to the front door, there is a driveway in between but you can’t use it. The neighbors were very nice, but had parks in the parking spot in front of the stairs so we had to park next to him, and then he came to ask what we were doing and said he would move his jeep, he parked there because he didn’t know it was rented out. The kitchen had a coffee pot but no coffee, it is fine we bought some and just left it for the next renters. The shower head wasn’t the greatest, when we turned the water on it made the shower head turn sideways, and the faucet in there on cold side turned completely around so it was broken. There is a loud noise when you walk in the back bedroom by the window. I loved the fact that there was a washer & dryer but you must go outside to get to it, which is fine on nice days but it happened to be raining and the snowed when we were there. I felt as if everything done to this place was cosmetic, and don’t get me wrong, the decor looks great, I think it could use some actual updates not just for looks. Overall the stay was fine for what we wanted which was some nice relaxing time away from home.

Cute and clean. On the water with a nice dock. Just enough room for 3-4 people comfortably. Liked the covered porch out back. Appreciated and used all kitchen appliances, pots and pans, etc. It is spring and it needs the spring cleaning outside - pick up sticks, leaves, hose things off, etc. Overall would go back.

It’s a nice little place. You can tell dogs have been there before as it wasn’t totally clean. Also when we arrived there were someone’s socks on the ground and a hat and bag of chips under the couch. Seems like they didn’t clean up from the people who stayed before us. The patio is really nice but it was COVERED in spider webs and there were a ton of bugs. This place has potential, decent location, however it was not clean at all.

Nice little home, we slept 5 comfortably. Home was clean, great location in a no wake cove, close to everything, bonus; it has a dock, so was great for the boat and fishing was great too. Quiet and Relaxing!

We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at this cozy lake house. While the space was small, it worked well for our needs. We especially loved the easy access to the dock and spent most of our time enjoying the lake. The kitchen mostly met our needs, and the living area was a nice spot to unwind. We did notice fewer accessible outlets than expected and a lack of some basic kitchen items we've seen in other rentals. That said, it was a great getaway, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront VRBO! The outdoor area was the real highlight of our stay. It was maintained well and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the water. The private dock was perfect for our group. We brought our own rafts to float with and access to the water was easy and convenient. The indoor area was a little small for our group to hangout, but the outdoor area definitely made up for it. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back!

Lake of communication prior to our stay was frustrating but once my concerns got to the right person, while we were there, things were taken care of. This is a cozy little house, the outside covered patio was great with rainy days. We had a list of things that were broken or missing, all of which are easy fixes. If they fix them, this house would be a 4 star. Great Location!

Very clean and great location. Perfect for our weekend getaway. The stairs down to the house are steep, but we were prepared as it was mentioned in the listing.

Went down for my son's fishing tournament with the whole family - 5 of us. Bunk beds were a huge hit! Master bed was extremely comfortable. View was beautiful from the house, the back porch was WONDERFUL, bluegill were caught one after the other, didn't mind the stairs going to the house. Had everything you could need for a short weekend and games (although the memory game is missing some pieces - found out the hard way while flipping over 100 times - gave us a good laugh)! Would LOVE to come back!!

We were very happy with the overall cleanliness, location, and ease of the entire process. The property owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all questions.

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at this beautiful home, which was a perfect romantic getaway. It is right on the water and close to many fun activities, so we would definitely stay here again!

Great place, nice dock and right on the water! Great back patio too! We were able to swim and enjoy to water.
