Great location and layout for our family

We had the most wonderful time on our family vacation! This is our sixth year staying at this property, and each visit just gets better. The lake seems more beautiful every year, and we always discover new activities to enjoy.Even on rainy days, there’s joy to be found — from swimming off the dock to simply sharing laughter and quality time together as a family.This year, the home was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, which we deeply appreciated. The space fits our family perfectly, and we are forever grateful to Meredith for allowing us to return year after year.Some of our most precious family memories — especially with the grandchildren — have been made here. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

My husband and I and our friends had a wonderful time. The place is so beautiful and the house is just perfect. The owner will answer any questions immediately and she is very thoughtful. Make sure you get the code to the house b4 you get to the house because there’s no internet. Thank goodness the owner sense that I was struggling to find the code, so she let me in instead. We will definitely go back…and hopefully with my kids and grandkids. Thank you!

The house and its amenities were both great. Loved the location and the boat dock area. The house furniture was very nice and the bedrooms also were very nice. It over all was a great vacation rental.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and is in a great location on the lake. We had a slight problem unlocking the house when we arrived, but the owner quickly corrected that. Mobile coverage was very limited, but the Internet was great, so you will need to use Wi-Fi calling and texting around the house. The shuffleboard court was a unique feature that everyone loved.

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this property! It was perfect for our lake trip with extended family!

Our favorite vacation is always at Norris Lake. We always have an amazing time with our family. The host is so responsive, and the description is exactly as stated. We will very much look forward to returning next year Thank you again for being a great host!

The house was perfect for our extended family. It is clean and well stocked and the photos online do not do it justice. The dock is amazing with plenty of sun and plenty of shade. The location is in a nice cove that is quiet enough for swimming and floating at the dock while taking a break from boating on the lake. It is located within 20-25 minutes of 3 different marinas by boat, for great convenience. We have been coming to Norris Lake for over 30 years now. This is our first time at this area of the lake and we loved it. We will definitely be back. 5 STARS for Emerald Waters.

The house was clean! Plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the lake was sloped comfortably. The host provided very clear instructions regarding the house rules and check out requirements. Lake Norris was the clearest, cleanest and warmest fresh water we have ever experienced!!

Location was awesome. Nice cove - safe to swim and easy access to the lake. Getting into town was about 20 minutes. Very clean and owner communication was great. Only thing that is a little irritating is the add-ons as previous reviews state. $100 for paddle board (which for most properties is included), deposit plus rental of the hydro lift if you want to keep your boat covered while staying. We did not want to use the lift but would have to pay even if it was lowered and not used. Fortunately the weather was nice and I kept it tied to the dock. Other places I've stayed would simply drop the lift out of the way so I could pull in to the covered area. I would definitely rent here again - location was great - one of the best coves we've stayed on.

One of the best houses we have rented at Norris lake. Coffee maker was broke and one was delivered the same day! We were treated very very well. Hopefully we will get to rent this house again someday. Mary

The lake home is spacious. We had 12 guests and did not feel crowded. Inside was clean and well equipped. Sits on a beautiful lot. We spent a ton of time on the nice dock. It is difficult pulling a boat in the driveway. Upper deck needs cleaning. We would stay again. Owner was very helpful! It’s a great place!

Location was good, access to the lake was easy. Upstairs clean , the basement area could have used more attention. The back deck was nice but needed attention., the furniture and decks were in need of cleaning . I did no have access to anything to clean area with so we could not clean the area ourselves Screen door was broke and needed repaired.We could not use it and it kept falling off. I would recommend the house
