Welcome to our stunning lakefront retreat on Sleepers Island—an exclusive, boat-access-only island escape located just five minutes from West Alton Marina. Perched 60 feet above the shoreline and only 30 feet from your private dock, this beautifully appointed home offers sweeping views of Lake Winnipesaukee and total privacy in a true island setting.

The Home

Spread across three levels, the housecomfortably sleeps 6 + and is ideal for families or groups. It features:

Master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed

Second bedroom with two queen beds (sleeps 4)

Basement bunk area with 5 twin beds—perfect for kids or teens

A cozy living room with a fireplace and cable TV

A full kitchen and dining area

Two large decks offering panoramic views of the lake

The Experience

This is a true island getaway—accessible only by boat. West Alton Marina provides everything you need including launch service, parking, and gas. The ride is short, but keep in mind experienced boating is necessary, as lake conditions can change quickly.

Enjoy peace, nature, and adventure right outside your door. The island offers a 1.5 -mile trail loop for walking and hiking, and you're surrounded by trees, wildlife, and water—no roads, no cars, just pure relaxation.

Things to Know

Renter must have a boat and experience on larger lakes as this is an island property.

There are several steps (75+) up to the house—worth it for the view! See pictures.

There are lots of water toys available. A large water bouncy/trampoline sits just off the dock. A couple kayaks and paddle board available too. An extra mooring is available for extra boat or guests.

Whether you're soaking in the sun on the deck, swimming off the dock, or cozying up by the fireplace after a day on the water, this one-of-a-kind home offers the perfect blend of adventure and serenity.
