Lakefront Retreat w/Views, Fire Pit & 2 Acres

Very spacious property on a quiet road. But of a drive to get there and all restaurants close early.

We enjoyed this house, especially the views and vintage video games! The kitchen was well equipped. As a family with a bunch of small kids, the abundance of plastic cups, plates, and bowls was truly appreciated. Would recommend to families traveling in the area!

This was the perfect location for our crew. It was close enough to explore Eureka Springs and Branson during the day, while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings. The open floor plan made it easy for our family to spend quality time together, whether we were playing games or just visiting during our downtime.We especially enjoyed making s’mores, relaxing on the back porch, and appreciated the thoughtful extras provided by the host. Tray was fantastic. He was very responsive and quick to help whenever we needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! Our group included three adults, two children, and a toddler, and the space worked perfectly for all of us. Check in and check out were both seamless, and Tray was fantastic with communication, quick to respond and very helpful, which we really appreciated.The first thing we noticed was the open layout. When booking, finding a one level space for our toddler was important, and this home was ideal, spacious and as child friendly as you could hope for. The location offered great privacy while still being about 30 minutes from Eureka Springs, and the views were beautiful.There were so many great outdoor amenities, a fire pit, grill, swing, and a large porch. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy them much due to cold, wintry weather, but we would love to take advantage of them next time.This rental is especially great for families with young kids. The toys were a huge hit with our 1.5 year old and 5 year old, and the bunk beds were a favorite for the boys. We also appreciated thoughtful extras like a hair dryer, pack and play, extra blankets, and a gaming console.The bathrooms were spacious, and having a bathtub made things so much easier for our toddler. The bedrooms were comfortable and just the right size, and we loved the darker rooms, perfect for sleeping in and nap time. Everything was clean and well maintained.The open living room was another highlight, the kids even had a dance off! The reclining furniture made it easy

The property is incredible. Very modern and spacious. The house was well-furnished The neighborhood was very quiet other than the occasional golf cart/dirt bike going up and down the road. We were there in the Spring before the leaves were out and the view of the lake was wonderful. We really enjoyed the firepit both in the evening and the morning. We would definitely go back, maybe this Fall to see the leaves change.

Everything about booking was simple & easy. We walked right in to find so much space our kids could play football in the family room & basketball in the bathrooms. View of the lake was amazing. Grilled some steaks, made a campfire & roasted marshmallows. Just about everything is less than a 20min drive. Clean & well kept all around. We would highly recommend.

Very peaceful and quiet. Beds were a little harder than we were expecting. It was a very nice weekend to just chill, relax and recharge. If we’re going that way again I would book another stay.

This has all the amenities you would want in a (bluff) lakefront cabin/house you would want. Very clean and well laid out with a large living space.

The beds were super hard and I’m not sure the bedding had been washed. The place does have a great view.

Our four nights at the cabin were great. Everything was clean, well stocked and made our visit with our friends perfect. Loved the fire pit, back porch and seeing deer on the property. Kitchen was set up nice , we only had one dinner out and had everything we needed to cook. Definitely will book again .

The house is exactly as described. Nice large open family area to spend time all together even with a large group. It was quite hot during our stay so we didn’t spend as much time outside as we would have liked. The deck is spacious and the fire pit would have been enjoyable with a little cooler weather. Very well stocked kitchen which made food prep a breeze! It was close to 10” degrees every day and the house was still comfortable. If you want a quiet and spacious space for your large family to gather and spend time this would be the place!

The house had everything we needed for a short weekend stay - VERY clean. The space was perfect for a trip spent with family. Plenty of space in the living area / dining room, and the patio was a perfect morning and evening space, since it was hot. The host was quick to respond to messages and had awesome recommendations in the area. We enjoyed Promise Land safari and Roaring River state park for trout fishing!

Quiet area with Lake. We enjoyed evenings by the fire, listening to the activity on the lake, and the serene and quiet setting.

This property is in a beautiful, and quiet area. The place was clean and very spacious. Great place to getaway and enjoy nature. Saw several deer everyday walking through the yard. We will be back.

Nice property in a great area. Quiet, comfortable…everything you need. There were deer in the yard and the lake views were amazing.

Attended a funeral from out of State. Familiar with the area because we lived in area for many years.

It is nice and spacious and very simple. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with cookware and utensils for cooking. Probably the biggest drawback was the minimal water pressure at the kitchen sink.

Would definitely recommend this property. It is relatively close to the near by towns. The house itself was very nice and extremely clean! It had everything we needed from a stocked kitchen and bathroom to personal care items. Our stay was fantastic and the owners were wonderful and very helpful. They also were extremely fast with replies to our inquires!

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Eureka Springs ( 30 minutes away.) The house is on a dead end road so not much traffic. It is in like new condition. Very clean and spacious inside. All appliances and furnishing are clean and in excellent condition. It was nice to have the TV with Netflix availability for our evenings. I sat on the porch to watch the sun come up one morning. They provide plenty of cups, plates and silverware which is nice if you bring a larger group. They have coffee K cups, creamers, sugars and even a couple of teas all provided which was perfect. I would highly recommend this location if you are wanting a peaceful getaway.
