We had a wonderful stay. The screened porch was great. We loved the wood burning stove and the house was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen could use a few more coffee mugs and some steak knives. Otherwise we seemed to have everything.

The house and view was amazing. We absolutely loved the screened in porch. It was soo peaceful. The only downside is the driveway to the house. It is in horrible shape. A car wouldnt get down that road. You need a truck to get down there. The mattress in the main bedroom was sunk in really bad. We couldnt sleep on it. Other than that we ejoyed our stay

Good: The home was beautiful and had most everything we needed!!!!!! Bad: List was a little embellished. The road directly to the house is extremely steep and narrow. The listing does say 4X4 nessesary in winter but it is also true every other month as well. The black top parking lot is much better for parking but the 30 foot assent to the house was also steep and was just a narrow trail with no railing. The house is up from the lake but there is no lake access. There is a dock that was off limits as it said but there was no way ti the water. The trail going down was also extremely steep with no railing. Do to that I would not recommend for older vacationers. All of the trails, parks, waterfalls, or Other activities are over 30 miles away Overall my family of 6 had a good time but wish the outside property was better. I took pictures for other guest but there is no way of putting them on this review.

This is a great place with a beautiful view if you are looking to get away from everything. I recommend bringing your own cooking supplies if you plan to use the kitchen and plenty of bug spray.

This was the perfect house to be away from it all. The lake was beautiful and the screened in porch was the best way to wake up each morning. I recommend bringing your own cooking supplies and plenty of bug spray.

This lake home is beautiful. It was as advertised. Great screened in porch and a boat dock where we swam and fished from. Few things for the next family that rents: it is difficult to find using google maps because it takes you to a parking lot next to the house ( but you can barely see the house) not the driveway to the house. Speaking of houses's driveway it is a very steep graveled driveway. You will need a vehicle with higher clearance and 4x4 to exit the driveway ( like a truck) especially if it rains. We had a lot of rain and were under a flash flood warning during our stay and decided to move our vehicle to the parking lot chosing not to risking getting stuck.

Everything was great and clean. Really close to the water. Draw backs were the drive way. If any major rain falls you can't get out of the driveway without 4 wheel drive. One thing made us uncomfortable was the garage entrance was a key pad knob in the cabin. There was not way for us to lock it from the inside. The garage and door to the bottom part of the cabin was odd. I loved the view from the screen porch. We unfortunately didn't get the kayak in the lake because the water levels were too high. We werent able to get on to the dock. Still a total 4 star!!

Quiet area, Google can mislead you to driveway. All trash bins were full. Can’t plug in outside lights to enjoy the outdoor area. Door to deck doesn’t lock. Other than that the house was a nice place to stay.

We LOVED the location of this property. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Rogers, but it's tucked away in the woods/hillside above Beaver Lake. The house is set up SO nice for a family, and we absolutely loved the screened in second floor porch and everything that is set up outside.

Loved the large private lot. Very peaceful. Screened patio is like being in a tree house. Really comfortable mattress in master bedroom. Very clean and well kept property.

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was very private and the lake access was easy to navigate. Under the porch had a great area for entertaining and the screened in porch was peaceful. The kitchen was big and spacious. No complaints. Will book again!

Communication prior to our arrival was difficult; Vacasa's responses seemed automated and unhelpful. A storm knocked out the power during our stay, and we received no support from the host/owner, resulting in significant inconvenience and loss of groceries. We had to borrow a chainsaw from a neighbor to clear the driveway and relied on our own grill to cook. The property itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and tidy. We met the couple who manage the turnovers, and they were very nice. However, the driveway is very rutted and requires a vehicle with good clearance, especially after rain. It's best to park at the paved area at the bottom of the road and walk 30 feet to the property. We understand that natural disasters are beyond anyone's control, but there is an expected level of responsibility and support from the host in such situations. Not being able to contact the owner/manager directly was a major drawback. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the property when we had power.
