House has everything you need. Perfect place for our family vacation. Loved the location. played shuffleboard and used the hot tub the most.

Booked this home for a golf trip with my brothers and father. Absolutely amazing home that is close to the Big Cedar properties and has everything you could need. The home is spacious and incredibly nice and the views of the river are great. I will definitely be back to stay at Eagle's Landing!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Lots of family memories made in the game room and the private pool.

This place is beautiful, inside and out. 2 levels of deck look out over taneycomo lake. Inside main room is super comfortable. Really as good as youll find in branson i think

Well appointed, very clean, fun game room, nice hot tub, great decks. We had 3 adult couples for family reunion and everyone enjoyed the space and furnishings. Appreciated the supplies ( soap, towels, kitchen and grill equipment) Had issue with broken ice maker that received immediate attention though unable to resolve. Easy drive to Branson.

There were a few small issues, but the property owners were quickly on top of everything. I was very suprised how quickly they responded and how often they checked in with me to make sure everything was going ok. The house was amazing and the location was awesome.. My only suggestion is better shower curtain rods and maybe set the pool to a warmer temp when it is colder outside.And Branson, is just awesome. 10 fun filled days!

We had the most relaxing week watching the fishermen floating up and down the river. The eagles were majestic. We had a day of shopping, visiting Top of the Rock, and seeing David at Sight and Sound. Each night relaxing at Eagles Landing. Great home for families and/or friends. Highly recommend!

The house is very nice. The location right on the river is wonderful, has a very secluded feel even with the other cabins on the street. I would rate the house 9.5 out of 10. Only two minor things keeping it from being a 10 is the small tub/shower inserts in the two downstairs bathrooms, large walkin showers would have been prefered or larger tub/shower inserts, the entire time you're showering the clear plastic curtain is sticking to you because there is only about 24 inches between the curtain and the back wall. The other minor observation was the number of cigarette butts thrown off the upper and lower back porches all in one small grass area behind the house. The house is non smoking, I assume guest use the porch and toss them when they're done.

We had no internet the whole time and no one tried to help remedy the issue. The hot tub was dirty and we found a hair clip in it. Pool was tiny and cold, so not a lot of swimming. Also did not have items needed to clean up after cooking. Not worth the money and will not be returning. The hottub had not been cleaned, there was a film in the water and we found a hair clip

I'll make this short, checking in was a mess, we supposedly had to be checked in by 5pm but also couldn't check in until 4pm so we had one hour but.....the place we were told to check in is no longer open and new owner was not happy they had not updated their process. So we could have checked in at any time! Very frustrating. We called the managers a few times and kept being told to read the email that was sent to us, that was extremely frustrating and also talking with people that could not speak clear English. I didn't have access to my email at the time. Only two kitchen drying towels to last us the week, no Kleenex in the house (you even get those at a cheap hotel) If you have people upstairs playing pool or anything, that activity echo's throughout the main level and is very loud.I think the owners/mangers are very unorganized.The house itself was great and had no issues at all.

Beautiful cabin, great location!

This house was great views were awesome. The one problem we had we the pool heater was not hooked up. We booked this home due to the indoor pool for the kids and it was too cold for them to enjoy. If the pool heater is working then highly recommend but if not then save your money and get one of the houses next door

We stayed with our small children who loved all the amenities. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool, games, & toys through out our stay. Everything we needed for a nice fall break away.

We had a great stay!! Pool and hot tub were awesome as were the gaming area. It's was our grandsons first vacation and he loved the bears den. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here and wow. Awesome fishing right behind the house, perfect location for all Branson activities and the house itself was amazing. The gameroom is high quality and loads of fun. Very clean. The indoor pool stayed cool and was so refreshing after being a tourist all day long. I highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful time visiting Branson. We booked Eagles Landing and we really enjoyed the home, private pool, hot tub, amazing deck with amazing views of the Lake Taneycomo, and just overall a peaceful place to rest at. Would highly recommend!

Great property when traveling with a wide range of personalities. This house gives you the space everyone needs to recharge their batteries from fun-filled days that leave you hot at tired! Everyone found something they could enjoy!!!

Eagles Landing was a real treat. We were a family of 12 and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub thrilled the kiddos and the play room was enjoyed by everyone. The views from the 2 decks had us all enjoying sunrises and sunsets together. You can’t go amiss by renting this property.

Property was clean, up to date, and had the amenities we needed. Bedrooms were spacious, and plenty of bathrooms. Two tiered deck was nice with the changing temperatures and sunlight. Hot tub was a plus. Only wishes were for more of a view (e.g. cut some of the growth back) and the pool was super chilly (unable to use as temperature was like cold water out of the spicket.)
