Lakefront Retreat, with private boat dock, beautiful open water view

A delightful spacious home in a lovely, quiet location The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely reunion of Davidson college friends of the class of 1982.

Beautiful retreat to reconnect with nature and old friends. The home was a perfect fit for our group of 13 and the property owners were so kind and responsive. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious home with lots of fun amenities.

Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again!

A lovely and comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood with lovely sunrises and sunset views. Well equiped kitchen and great outdoor space to hang out in. Even enjoyed yoga on the dock in the morning!

House was great, the atmosphere was great and the hosts were awesome answered immediately with any questions we had!!!

Property was even more amazing than the pictures. Owners were very responsive and supportive and easy to deal with. We had an A/C issue on main floor and they responded immediately, got folks on the job and within hours, and not an easy fix, had it up and running. Talk about great responsiveness! We had a family reunion of 12 adults and the house flowed nicely and never felt crowded. I would totally recommend staying here and would do so again.

This house was perfect for our group. The setting was very beautiful on the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and the communication with the host was great too. I'd come back here for sure!

We had 6 couples stay in the house. The house was spacious enough for everyone to sleep comfortably in beds and bathrooms to share. The driveway is plenty big enough too. We had a great time sharing meals in the kitchen and on the back patio. We also had a lot of great ping pong matches in the garage. The location of the house is perfect for boating. There’s a launch three minutes down the street and there are great spots to surf and also anchor down to hangout. We will definitely rent this house again. Jennifer was very communicative and welcoming to her house. Great host and great house.

House is situated in a nice neighborhood. Great for walking. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room. The owner checked in with us after arrival to ensure everything was fine.

We all had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. There was 17 of us including an infant , this home is very spacious and accommodated all of us very well. The dock and staircase down into the shallow part of the lake is lovely. My young grandkids could just walk down the staircase into the water. We spent a lot of time swimming in the lake . It’s a great dock to keep a boat as well. We love everything about this home . Jennifer & Mike are caring hosts. We already booked our vacation here for next year.

This amazing house boasts the best backyard of all the LKN properties we have stayed at over the years. The house is large and fit everyone very comfortably. Cannot say enough positives about location - you’re literally minutes from everything! Also Jennifer is a wonderful host - extremely responsive and checked in with us throughout the stay. 10/10 would recommend!
