Lakefront Retreat w/ Private Beach. Sleeps 12

Property was well appointed and clean. Loved walking down to the beach to hunt for rocks and beach glass! Enjoyed morning coffee, a bonfire and watching sunsets over the lake from the deck. Location close to nearby towns and Geneva State Park.

It is a beautiful place but the mold in the whole area made me very sick and we had to leave early while others stayed to the end of the rental period. I have lived on lake Richland Chambers in Texas for 33 years so this surprised me a bit.Thank you to the host Darlene for good communication. Next year I will rent something that is not on the water.

Absolutely the best lake view; we felt like we we on the ocean without sea sickness! Spacious, well appointed, and clean. Grill was not clean, furniture could be more comfortable.

Such a beautiful place with a stunning view! Clean and equipped with all the basic necessities. It made for a great family getaway weekend. Would definitely recommend it!

Stayed for several days around New Year’s with a group of family and friends. Warm and cozy home kept us safe from the snowfall coming down and provided beautiful views of the lake! Communication with host was excellent, even went out of their way to help us to successfully operate the hot tub (which was great in the chilly weather) on a holiday. Walking distance to a handful of restaurants and the Vincent William Winery in North Madison. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

The house was great overall. It was VERY cold and windy when we visited, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space at all, which stinks because it looks awesome out there. Because it was very cold when we visited, we were a little short on blankets. We had to borrow some from family that lives in the area during our stay. Additionally, the sheets on all the beds would not stay on. Everyone was complaining about sleeping on the bare mattress protector. These are pretty minor issues for what was an overall great stay in a very nice house.

Lakeview had stunning sunsets. Great setup and location for a family get together. Easy access to beach. Everyone enjoyed the stay and had a great time.

This was my third year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The house was very clean upon arrival. The view is spectacular and the house is located in a good neighborhood near William Vincent Winery. The washer/dryer were new from last year. The house is charming. My only suggestion would be to put a queen-sized bed in the room with the closet in the event of two couples staying. As always, leaving was difficult!

Very nice, comfortable property in an excellent location. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the large outdoor deck. Several restaurants (and ice cream stand!) just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Good access to the lake, bring water shoes, walkable to a playground and beach. Well equipped kitchen, patio had a nice hot tub and fire ring. Easy check in and check out.

Wonderful location, nice neighbors, cozy home a very nice deck. Wish it was not as difficult to get to the beach.

2nd stay here - love this for our family!

Second time renting property. Sunset views are spectacular. Extremely clean and well kept. Great location for multiple family members for annual 4th of July festivities.

The home was very clean, the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of linens for the 10 of us.

We stayed for our Nephews wedding in Geneva, OH. It was perfect for all of and the pups. Very clean and comfortable, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate , but we had a great time!

We have stayed at this property multiple times and recently were able to stay at one of the owner's other properties. Great location and good for friends' trip! Darlene and Bud are always communicative and available for questions!

The House was very clean and the view of the the lake was outstanding!! The bedrooms were a nice size and beds comfortable! The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the hot tub was really nice as well. I understand now why this property is always booked!! I will be looking to rebook hopefully next summer since there currently are no openings we highly recommend this rental property!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The house was immaculate. Absolutely the cleanest house we’ve rented. The view is magnificent. We had terrific weather so we utilized the spacious patios to enjoy wine and sun sets. New from last year is the Vincent William winery/restaurant that’s a short walk. Great food

This was my second stay at this property and found it greatly improved. There has been some interior updating, and the house was clean. The washer may be nearing its end and the outdoor grill needs a good cleaning, but overall we enjoyed this house and the gorgeous view. There is a good chance of a third vacation at this home. You will not be sorry you rented this house until you have to leave!
