We've set up a convenient electronic keypad on the front door, so there's no need to worry about carrying keys or coordinating check-ins.

★★ GATED HOME ★★
Wylie's Retreat is a gated home. There are two automatic gates located at the front of the home. The first gate on the right when you arrive is the ENTRANCE gate. The second gate on the right is the EXIT gate.

To Enter: You will receive a gate code to enter on the keypad.
To Exit: Please follow the directions listed at the property and in the digital guidebook sent to you.

★★ GENERAL RULES ★★
• You may not use the kayaks and paddle boards unless you have agreed to the waiver
• Do not use the indoor fireplace
• Do not touch, tamper with, or use the boat
• Use the dock at your own risk
• Swim at your own risk
• Use caution when walking around the property – natural grading may be uneven
• Do not make large fires in the fire pit
• Do not leave warm or hot embers in the fire pit
• If you bring more guests than reflected on your reservation, you may be asked to leave without a refund
• There is a $250 pet fee for up to two pets
• Additional fee if pet droppings are left on-site
• No large gatherings or events over occupancy are allowed unless pre-approved. Additional fees and security deposit may apply
• Security cameras monitor the entrance gate, exit gate, front door, garden, main deck, and side back door
• Keep the hot tub covered when not in use
• Do not put soap in the hot tub
• Dispose of trash in tied trash bags only—no loose trash allowed
• Please limit your trash to 6 bags
• No smoking is allowed—violations may result in a $2,000 smoke damage fee

• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking
• Guests must be 25+ years old to book
• No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health issues, or other unforeseen events. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance

• Available upon request for an additional fee (subject to availability)

Our mountain home is a fortunate haven surrounded by the wonders of nature. However, it's important to keep in mind that various critters call our neighborhood home. Although we have an exceptional cleaning team and make every effort to keep them away, we cannot guarantee that they won't occasionally make an appearance. You can assist in minimizing the chances of such encounters by promptly cleaning up any crumbs or spills, and securely disposing of trash in the designated cans outside.
