Wonderful property with everything included literally. Plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, spices exactly like home. We had such a nice and relaxing time reconnecting with family.

Beautiful property-inside and out. Jamie, the owner, was an excellent and timely communicator and went out of her way to make our experience a very, very pleasant one. It’s a fantastic property for dogs. The large deck has two latched doors and kept our furry friend contained. And the yard also suited him as it’s very private. Horseshoes and cornhole was an added bonus. Sitting on the deck under the canopies of trees was a delight. Wonderfully suited for all day enjoyment. There are different sized kayaks and life jackets and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water.Churches, restaurants and food stores are just down the road. The neighborhood is very pleasant for a long walk. This property is absolutely worthy of a return visit and I highly recommend it for your stay on Lake Norman.

Very nice property in good area. No issues. It is well maintained. Loft bedroom was great. Main bathroom a little tight but you get used to it. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the most well maintained and appointed house we have used. As lakehouse owners ourselves, we have learned many tips to implement. Thank you for your mindful and generous attention to detail. Good location

The house was fine - it was not exactly the lake house we expected as the location was a very small finger of the actual lake.Adding mirrors to the bedrooms would help (there was one in 2 of the rooms, but the 3rd bedroom and downstairs bonus area did not have one.

The property is very nice, clean and has all the kitchen amenities. With 3 floors including a game/TV below connected to a private dock you have a lot of room to move about. My wife and I are looking to relocate to NC and our stay in Jamie's house made our decisions that much easier.

From the moment we booked this home for our stay to the moment we left, the owner was so supportive. We planned a stay with family from all over the country for the end of December until New Year's eve. The owner confirmed with us that Christmas decor would be appropriate for us and we were all in. The home was tastefully decorated in a way that was appropriate for our multigenerational family. We didn't have to worry about anything fragile or in the way, but the home was so well decorated that every member of my family that arrived asked if we had had to do it ourselves. When I gave told them about the home owner doing it they were just amazed. In addition, we were left a baking mix and decorative molds for cookie decorating. Everything we needed. The kids (and adults) were entertained every day with board games, card games, watching the water and wildlife. The kitchen has everything you need for anything you want to make. We made everything from simple salads, bacon and eggs, to a full prime rib dinner. We had everything we needed. But before we even arrived, the home owner was asking if we needed any special pans for our holiday meal. And she sent pictures in advance of all the cabinets and drawer contents. Again.... above and beyond. In this cozy but spacious home, you will be together but never tripping over each other. I can see it offering even more during the spring, summer and fall seasons. It is a treasure.

The owner was a great communicator who supplied everything you could think of. Elegant yet relaxing home with a nice sense of seclusion with the surrounding trees. Great lake experience/view but also close to town and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this home! The layout was so spacious and organized! Beautiful decor and outdoor plans. So many activities in the home and on the property. The locking gates on the outside wrap around porch were perfect due to our two toddlers! We didn’t want our stay to come to an end.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find and situated in a wonderful location. The advertised pictures of the property were spot on. Jamie equipped the home with all the necessities and even some extras. We would recommend this location to anyone. We would also choose this location for a repeat stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two small children. A little dated, TV’s were a little hard to set up (too many remotes). Host was responsive. Enjoyed the stay.
