Stayed Aug 17, 2024Overall, this is a great place. Plenty of space for the entire family and dog, new, clean, fully stocked with everything you need inside and out. Great screened porch and deck, as well. Truly an excellent house. One thing renters should know is that the cove area where the dock is, is not really swimable. I knew from research that the milfoil was an issue in the cove, but I was hopeful the dock area was clean enough to swim in. The milfoil and weeds are everywhere and abundant so we didn't use the dock for anything but fishing and the boat. Thankfully, we had a pontoon boat and were able to venture out to the main lake to enjoy the water. Boaters should also be aware that the cove is very shallow and should use caution. Aside, from the water front, the vacation was great and the house and yard were perfect!
