LAKEFRONT MOORESVILLE!! Pool/Hotub Fire pit DOCK bring all your toys!

We loved this house and would stay there again. The pool and house were perfect and the private yard with dock access was so relaxing. The game room and basement was a great place for our college kids to hang out in the evenings.

We decided to change the location of our annual family vacation after visiting our old neighbors who now reside at Lake Norman. Our stay at the Mayhew home was such a memorable holiday. There was something for everyone. The home is large and comfortable for everyone to have their own room. Raising three girls it is always a requisite to have 3 rooms. The rooms had plenty of space to store or hang our clothes for the week. We enjoyed playing ping pong, pac-man and basketball in the downstairs 3rd garage turned game room. The outdoor space is beautiful. The pool included a diving 'rock' where our 6 year old grandson perfected his cannonball. The pool deck had a lot of tables and chairs and much needed umbrellas to cover us from the summer heat. On several evenings we enjoyed the outside firepit. The house has a generous backyard and it sits on a small cove. Our daughters and son in laws used the paddle boards and kayaks. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it along the side of their dock with plenty of room for manuvering in and out of the cove. Our host made checking in as seemless as could be. He answered my questions in a timely manner. The home was supplied with bed linens, bath towels and pool towels. All of the other amenities were addressed in the home's online description. I think we were supposed to have a tour from the house manager but I didn't read that until well inot our vacation. We had a pool at a previous home so that would have been our only questions.

They say a picture paints a thousand words...and how wonderful it was to drive up and see exactly what you had imagined in your mind. There was plenty of room for the twelve of us...which included seven adults and five children under the age of seven. From the game room, big screen TVs, back porch, grill, beautiful yard and the fabulous pool...we enjoyed every single inch of this great home. Communication with Justin, the owner, was so easy. He was very helpful and always responded quickly!

This property has it all! Plenty of room, waterfront with a dock, pool and every amenity you could want for a family with all ages. Justin is a terrific host and communicates very effectively. The house and grounds are beautiful and extremely well kept. Go enjoy a great get away!

This property is phenomenal! The house is beautifully positioned on a quiet cove with all the amenities. Big rooms, bright and sunny with a great pool, yard, game room and more. Justin, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The host, Justin, was excellent in communicating with me. The pictures of the property do not reflect its beauty. We were a party of 3 generations: 6 grandchildren under the age of 10 and 8 adults. We were comfortable in the house with plenty of room. The pool and seating area were excellent. The pool is deep at one end, shallow at the other and large. The best pool I have had! The grounds are beautiful and we used it as a backdrop for a series of family photos. Lake Norman is huge and I highly recommend renting a boat. Hot tub was awesome! Kids liked the game room.

This was such a fun, relaxing vacation for our family. Great location in a no wake zone with a beautiful lake view. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding which was provided by the owner. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the large yard. The house was very clean and well supplied. The owner was easy to communicate with and was nice enough to let us check in early on our day of arrival. We met with Everett, the property manager. He was always available when we needed him and such a pleasant person to meet and talk to. I 100% recommend this vacation rental. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This was a very nice house with a pool and great Lake location. House was clean except dishes, cups and utensils and a few pots and pans were dirty, with dried food. Had to wash everything before we could use them. Pump on the pool broke after first day, when we tried to turn on the hot tube. Did not get fixed until 2 days left in our 6 day stay. Overall great place to stay with everything you would want. Had to give it an overall 4 star because of the dirty dishes and broke pool filter.
