Lakefront luxury on Smith Lake - Black Oak Point

It was an amazing stay the house had everything we could have possibly needed and more! We would absolutely recommend and stay again! The host is very responsive the instructions and house info was easy to find in several places throughout the house! 10/10!

We had a group of 13 to Celebrate a high school and college graduation. We had a great time. The house was a perfect fit for us!

The property is located very conveniently off the highway. It was completely spotless upon arrival. The decor and furnishings were perfect and made for an incredibly comfortable and cozy interior. The kitchen was very well stocked with almost everything you need. Despite the listing mentioning only having a starter pack of everything, the 6 of us did just fine for a week with what was provided! Everyone’s favorite place was lake. The dock is down a very quiet cove but you can’t see much of the lake from the house. We brought our kayak to explore a little more and rented a boat one day from the nearby(11 min. drive) Cappy’s Boat Rentals. I highly recommend exploring this extensive lake. Our kids loved spending hours jumping off the top of the dock, swimming, and playing on the lily pad. The adults appreciated the zero gravity chairs stored on the dock for sunbathing. This house was wonderful for our family and really provided a peaceful and fun place to vacation.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The place was even better than the photos—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for a large group. My teen and her friends loved the spaces, especially the game room downstairs. Great boathouse with swim mat. Close to stores, boat rental, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I brought our kids and some of their friends to stay. Everyone loved and enjoyed this beautiful home so much. There are plenty of spots to sleep a big group comfortably. There are also several different little sitting areas which makes it feel like everyone has a space. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. Sitting outside on the beautiful deck and drinking your coffee, looking at the lake is such a peaceful way to start your day. The kitchen is fully stocked although you can get grocery and food delivery which is always a must for me. The two story dock is an awesome place to hang out, tan, and swim. Such a peaceful, beautiful setting. We will for sure be back!

Definitely didn't stay long enough. The property was perfect for us. Wish we had stayed longer!
