Lakefront Lodge: Private Dock, Fisherman's Paradise with Comforts of Home

Our annual family vacation at this property was perfect! We absolutely loved this property and enjoyed every moment. It was spacious enough for our family. Very kid friendly and safe. Close to the water with a dock our kids could swim around despite the rain and big enough for our boats. The fishing off the dock alone was enough to keep us entertained during the rainy days we couldn’t take our boats out. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Very tidy and clean. The host was wonderful and quick to respond with all questions. Beautiful home and the property is well kept. We have stayed in several vacation properties and this one is by far our favorite. Very convenient to baker’s landing store and the boat landing. I would absolutely recommend booking this property for your family vacation. You will not be disappointed. We send a big thank you to the family who owns this property. You have out done yourself. Many blessings.

Host was amazing. She allowed a late checkout with quick responses to any questions. A store was within a mile of property for items you may have forgotten. We would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for our weekend getaway! Very clean and spacious! It was stocked well and communication was excellent! We would love to come back!

We were very happy with our stay. The house was well equipped and clean. There was a variety of cookware to use along with plenty of towels for each bathroom, and many throws to curl up on the couch with. The beds were comfortable and the walk to the dock was reasonable. We brought our bass boat and launched it about 6 minutes away. We then parked it at the dock. Our grandchildren had fun fishing off the dock, and tubing and swimming off the boat out in the deep water of the lake (not in the slough). We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was so clean and there was plenty room for all of us to sleep. The owners were very attentive when we needed them or had a question.

House was clean, laid out well, and had everything we could have needed. Sitting on the back porch was a joy listening to nature while watching the birds and lake. Great escape from the Atlanta and an easy drive. Had a mini family reunion and the guests from the north had a relaxing time enjoying the end of winter in the south!

The Lake house is very comfortable and homey. Beds very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Great back porch and yard. Plenty of parking. Bedrooms are a bit small and there was very little space for our person stuff, family had person items in most drawers which were limited to begin with and were were thee for a week. The hosts were very helpful and able to change our booking dates with no additional charge which was very generous of them since it was after the cancellation date.

Our family enjoyed a nice stay, swimming, fishing, relaxing, and cooking on the grill. Fun had by all.
