Fantastic property and backdrop for my daughter’s wedding. I highly recommend the area and the property!

We rented this property for our wedding, and I couldn’t have imagined doing it anywhere else! There are 10 tables, 100 chairs, and the wedding arch that we used - but we did bring our own wedding decorations as some provided are a bit outdated. The owners were incredibly flexible with check in/check out and quick to answer questions. The venue is beautiful and the pool was perfect!

this was our 2nd time here for our annual family vaca. its the perfect size and location for us. The pool is a must and its close enough to the lake for a day our on the boat. The inside is always clean and has everything we need. The only thing I would change is a little more attention to the porch furniture and the porch itself. there were a few things laying around on the porch and the furniture was pretty dirty (cushions). Other than that, its perfect. We will most likely be back next summer.

Great property. Only complaint is the neighbors across the street looks like a crack house & the yard is loaded with cars & trash. Not the property managers fault but made me uneasy.

The location was beautiful. The cleanliness of the place could be improved. The kitchen cabinets fronts were greasy. The coffee pots were left dirty and the air conditioner vent in the dining area was covered with dust.There were no dish clothes or towels available so we used bath towels. the pool was delightful and one of the main reasons we chose this place.

First off, the property owner, Hilary is great at responding to communication. The property managers, Linda and Sean, are super at addressing concerns. The fire alarm in the upstairs master was beeping when we arrived. Sean came out and took it off the premises, so it did not disrupt our peace. As it was raining when we arrived, the pool was closed. We were prepared that we were going to need to open it the next morning. However, they sent out an individual who opened it up for us. How wonderful is that? The only major issue we had was the cleanliness of the environment, but when we stay somewhere I usually clean as a precaution. Although we left the premises cleaner than we found them, a deep cleaning would be helpful between every few guests. Honestly, maybe they do but the guests prior to us may have been particularly filthy and put dirty dishes back in the cabinets and dirty towels/potholders back in the drawers. I only pre and post washed the dishes we used but did wash all the kitchen towels/potholders. We were so grateful to have a washer/dryer on location. Because of the service and communication, we would stay here again. Thank you!

Place is beauty and a wonderful view. Perfect location for a small backyard feel wedding. Wedding guests gave nothing but complements about everything.

This was a fantastic place for a wedding. The entire wedding party stayed there for wedding week and we had an incredible time.

Hilary was great at staying in contact when we had a question. The place was beautiful. Good thing it was down a ways from the redneck junk yard. Only seen that when coming in. But i would go back.

We enjoyed our stay.there were plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained.. Thank you for your wonderful retreat. We will definitely be back again.

This property makes an absolutely stunning venue for smaller weddings. Everything about it was wonderful. I will say the carpets and walls could use a deep cleaning, they’re just a bit marked and stained from the years as well as some of the outdoor furniture, but most definitely not a deal breaker. Even though this was the hottest first weekend in October ever,the fans on the deck and the shady trees made it just fine. I would love to stay here again in the future just for fun. The views are incredible and the pool is great! Didn’t even get time to use the fire pit unfortunately! Would 10/10 recommend for small weddings and family reunions or even just group weekend get away!
