Expansive Mountain Home Rental w/ Yard & Fire Pit!

Very private and serene setting. We loved the ducks! Double ovens in the kitchen were great for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. We had a wonderful stay!

The house is very nice and sleeps a lot of people. We were really excited about the outdoor kitchen. But disappointed to learn once we got there it’s mostly unusable. The grill and sink are broken. The Blackstone looked like it could be used but it’s not very clean and there are no blackstone tools to use with it. That was a major disappointment to us. Also, outdoors there are lots of seating options but only one small table. It would have been nice to eat or play cards out there since there is such a large, nice deck. The ducks in the pond were a neat little surprise as they are very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the place. Beautiful view and home.

This place was great! Any questions were answered promptly by Ben. The home was very clean and the blankets and towels smelled so good! It’s a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. Ben left 2 buckets of fish food for the kids to feed the ducks and the fish.

This fully equipped family orientinated home was just what we needed and more for our family visit. We cooked food together and played games. Walked all around the open property that is well maintained. Hung out at the private pond and fed ducks. Our dogs had a great time too. Plenty of space and ammenties. Loved spending our evenings oustide under the stars and being close to many activites during the day as well. Comfortable beds and lots of character. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the kitchen and dining area! (really nice) Outdoor grounds were nice. We did not use the outdoor kitchen as it needed a good cleaning. Interior of home was very nice and clean. A good location for our needs. Dogs were fun.

We had a great experience here. Perfect place for a big family wanting to spend some quality time together. We loved that there was a dining area big enough for the whole family to gather together to share a meal and play games. I think it was a very perfect location as well. It wasn’t too far from town or too close. It was the perfect place to get away and relax. We enjoyed the outside kitchen area and fire pit to enjoy some yummy s'more's. Our experiences with the property owner Ben was great as well he was very attentive and answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed this place and would recommend this house to others.

Lovely Home in Ozark Mountains. We enjoyed the view, it was breathtaking. Complete peace and quiet. House is lovely and well equipped. Has everything you need for family. Large kitchen and dining, four bedrooms and three baths gave individuals privacy as well. Large out door kitchen and fire pit area with plenty of chairs for everyone. Stocked pond with lovely ducks gave children much enjoyment. We will definitely stay again! Owner was contact for property and was very responsive and helpful.

We had an excellent time at Sunny Haven. It was beautiful, clean and accommodated our family gathering perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked, outdoor space was perfect for outdoor play, and the dining room was very spacious for family meals. Host is very accommodating, friendly, responsive and helpful!

We chose a mild winter vacation this year over the beach. The idea was for our kids parents and grandparents to spend a vacation together with different scenery. Without a doubt the Mendenhall was well worth the trip. The guest book told the history of a home full of memories for its owners. We were happy to make our own holiday memories there this year. Mr. Ben was more than helpful during our stay. From the wildlife to the cozy quiet welcoming feeling, just a really great place to enjoy.

Beautiful cabin, quiet and secluded yet close enough to a small town that has everything you need.

Absolutely beautiful cabin with plenty of room and great views! Furnished with everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay! Highly recommend and would stay here again and again if Ben will let us!!

Me and 11 friends stayed here and it is such a beautiful home! It was gorgeous inside and also had the nicest view and a pond out back with catfish and ducks. It was filled with amenities and was very cozy. The bonfire at night was so nice and Ben even took time to bring us roasting sticks! Ben and Melissa are very attentive and kind and were great host. I really enjoyed our stay and I’m so glad we chose this home. I would 100% stay again!

This incredible home was perfect for our family get-together; comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, all the kitchen essentials you'd need. The outdoor space provided the area to cook, relax, and share time. I cannot forget to mention the beautiful dining table where the entire family could break bread, play games, and just sit and chat. Family members visiting the area in the coming years have already said they would be staying at this impeccable property!
