Lakefront Home with Pool, Game Room & Dock

The house was awesome. The layout was spacious and clean. The back patio was amazing. The kitchen and living areas accommodated our group of 12 perfectly. All amenities were spectacular. Host was very responsive to questions. Hope to return again.

This home was perfect for 4 couples and kids. Plenty of spacious rooms and kids were blown away with the game room. We never saw them and stayed busy all evening. The outdoor living and kitchen are amazing in this home. We only went inside to sleep. Fabulous place for large families to get together or groups of families. This was one of our favorite stays ever at a Vrbo. Had two jet skis and pontoon all able to tie up at the pier on lake and calm water always at this location.

Loved it, plenty of room and bathrooms. Indoor & outdoor living and kitchen space was great! Used for small wedding venue and it was beautiful!

The BH property is situated in a small quiet cove that provides easy access to the larger part of the lake. It is well maintained and provided adequate space for our group of 13. Any questions we had prior to our visit and while we were there were quickly and professionally answered. I highly recommend the BH as a place to spend a memorable vacation!

We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The outside amenities were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils we needed to cook our meals. And just a short drive to downtown. It was the perfect escape and exactly what we needed!

We had a large family gathering and the house worked extremely well for five adult couples and lots of kids ages 13 yrs to 6 mo's old. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate each family's busiest time of day. The indoor recreation area was great for kids and adults to catch a break from the heat.Kitchen and appliances all functioned correctly and there were three additional mini fridges for additional items. Kids found the pool, mini golf and splash pad great entertainment and utilized the outdoor dining area.

Great house & amenities. Hoops court, hot tub & pool were a big hit especially for the kids.

The property was exactly what we hoped it would be - plenty of space indoor and outdoor for our family of 18. We especially liked the outdoor living area and spent most of our time there - cooking, eating, watching TV (mostly baseball and other sports), games, pool, hot tub, lake access, fire pit, golf put area, splash pad, fishing... We have never experienced an outdoor environment like that in all our many trips. Wish more places would offer this. The indoor area was great too; kitchen offered enough room for all of us to gather around the large island to serve food and celebrate two birthdays and an anniversary. The kids loved the game room - plenty of room there too. The Digs staff was always available and responded promptly. A pleasure to work with!

Lakehouse was perfect for our family. The kitchen and outdoor area were great for feeding lots of people. Plenty of seating outside in the shade or by the pool. Very relaxing experience. Had one small issue and host had someone out to fix that day! We are already planning our trip back next year!

We had 4 families stay and took the boat out on the lake. We were able to cook and eat at home for most meals outside of when we chose to drive to nearby restaurants for a change. Kids had a blast with the kayaks, putt putt and pool, but they mostly lived in the playroom. We had quite a bit of rain while there and the house was perfect for everyone to be able to stay entertained, but also have some privacy when wanted. The rain did knock out our internet once, but we were able to quickly get it reset with just a phone call to the property manager. We would definitely stay again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – A True Hidden Gem in Spa City! I have traveled extensively and stayed at many VRBOs, but the Britz-Hamilton is easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into a brand-new, perfectly staged home. Cleanliness: 10/10 – Everything was spotless, like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Amenities: They truly thought of everything! The outdoor kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and everything looked brand new. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and we ended our nights making s’mores by the fire pit. The kids had a blast on the putting green & splash pad. Interior & Game Room: The layout was ideal—every detail was well thought out. The game room was next-level fun! Between the pool table, basketball area, and an incredible sound & light system, it was a highlight of the trip. The best part? The rooms are soundproof! We never heard the game room noise from the bedrooms, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. We never even left the house because it had everything we needed for the perfect trip. This place is truly a hidden gem in Spa City, and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Perfect for a big family gathering with kids and adult kids. There were plenty of activities to keep kids from even asking about TV & iPads while the parents relaxed! Everything was top notch!

Oaklawn

Great for relaxing and teenagers! Very Clean. The lake is relaxing but not good for fishing off the pier since the water is so shallow. Very close to properties next door so not alot of privacy. Would recommend getting a large umbrella to go in the pool over the lounge chairs. The how to videos implied that the house came with a hulu account but it did not.

Britz-Hamilton was everything that was advertised and more. It had great spaces for everybody - from the game room with pool table and basketball court to the patio and sun deck, the pool and spa. We rented a pontoon boat for a day from a rental company recommended by the management company and we had a blast -- tubing on the lake.

A wonderful accommodation for a family reunion with activities for all ages. The house was very clean and well furnished. Good kitchen with plenty of room for entertaining. We didn't use outdoor kitchen, but it was very complete.
