Lakefront home with gorgeous views, decks & grill on Keuka lake

Great place to relax on the lake. Loved the screened in porch area!

Porch bedroom doors were difficult to close (lack of clearance at top of door/frame).

Lovely location right on the water with 3 kayaks and a paddle board to enjoy. Large gas grill and large gas griddle for outdoor dining. Very clean & well appointed kitchen. Several great places to hang outside with great seating and a fire pit. Important to know that two twin beds on screened-in porch get lots of bugs/mosquitos at night, not a place to sleep. Also, 2 single beds and double futon in the separate little building do not have air-conditioning. Lots of fans are provided in the house. House stays very comfortable and cool with air-conditioning in main room and leaving bedroom doors open.

Nirvana on keuka Lake was perfect for all of us, we are planning on coming back, I am wondering if the cleaning crew found a tray that goes to a wheelchair? And if so, what do I do to get it back again everything about our stay and the lake house we found to be perfect.

Have stayed here twice and it’s so so nice on the lake! The vineyards are very close by and there’s great access to the lake with kayaks and a paddleboard! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was cute and had almost everything we needed. You might want to bring some paper goods like napkins and kleenex, and we couldn't find extra garbage bags. The outdoor space offered so many options to hang out. The water is so clean and entry to the lake is easy. The sunroom is incredible! All the common areas were so cozy and comfortable. My only recommendation is some shades on the front windows for the sleeping porch.

Out of all the different places on Keuka Lake we have stayed at for over 25years this is by far the best. The cottage is charming, beautiful, nicely decorated and furnished, quiet, and the screened in large porch with panoramic views is enchanting. We woke up to beautiful sunrises and the sound of waves lapping against the shore every day. The host provided everything we could have possibly needed and it's located within minutes to restaurants, breweries, stores, and gift shops. If I could give 10 stars I would!

We had a wonderful time & the views cannot be beat! It was so relaxing to wake up to sounds of the lake just outside your doorstep & the sunroom was the perfect place to enjoy coffee each day. The home had every comfort we needed & proximity to stores, wineries & conveniences was great. Highly recommend for a relaxing time away & place to telework if needed!

The location of this home was perfect. We really enjoyed the big porch overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The home was cleanly and had everything needed for a getaway.

The screened in porch lakefront was absolute heaven

The Nirvana cottage is in a perfect spot. We enjoyed its location close to Penn Yan restaurants and activities. Inside the cottage is bright and cheery with fresh white paint throughout . It has very nostalgic interiors with some original ceilings, windows, and a very unique layout. Both bedrooms have multiple beds although there are windows separating two bedroom areas on one side. The bathrooms were updated and clean. Overall we enjoyed staying at this cute cottage and enjoyed its little quirks (such as the kitchen cabinet door that pops open every time you step in a certain spot on the floor). The kitchen is quite small, but served our purpose. It was well equipped. The star of this cottage is definitely the porch with beautiful views, nice breezes and comfortable furniture. Outside there are two areas on the dock for relaxing and both are comfortable. The standup paddleboard was missing its keel so that was unusable, but the kayak worked well. There were two grills which we didn’t use. The back patio area could use some sprucing up but we did appreciate all the lighting on the stairways and patio areas. There are lots of stairs down to the house that mostly has hand rails. The bunk house was adorable and looked like a great spot for kids. There is a YMCA camp directly across the lake which we enjoyed when campers were cheering. We would return to Nirvana as we enjoyed the experience.

Home is comfortable, and it had a cozy feeling. Beautiful view from the porch and very peaceful vibe. We were able to get around town quickly.

We had a wonderful time at this lakehouse! It was very clean and comfortable. Being right on the lake is so nice! We loved sitting on the screened in porch - the views are beautiful and the sound of the water is so peaceful. The dock is great. The kids loved swimming and tubing on the lake. We would love to come back!

When they say on the lake, you sure are on the lake. The home was beautiful and quaint. We could ask for a more peaceful relaxing weekend. Our friends first time in wine country and they are in love. We were thrilled with everything
