Lakefront Home with Dock, Firepit & Views - Dogs OK, Close to the State Park

The furniture and bedding were relatively new and in good condition; there were/are new floors throughout the house. However, it did not appear as though anyone had actually dusted or done a deep clean in some time; we ran the dishes and glassware through the dishwasher before using. I would add that even though the kitchen and not been updated for years (the cabinets could benefit from a cleaning and a coat of paint inside and outside), there was a nice assortment of utensils and cookware -- we cooked all of our meals so that was a real plus.Things could be bumped up a notch by adding a shelf or two in the bathrooms just to have a place for a toothbrush.The outdoor space was delightful however, the house is listed as sleeping 6 adults but there were only 2 outdoor chairs; fortunately, we brought canvas chairs and were able to sit around the fire pit and truly enjoy the lake. A note should be added in the things you need to bring for chairs.

Charming rustic atmosphere. Great Lakeview and beautiful sunsets. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items needed. Very disappointed though in the cleanliness of home. Very musty smell noted. Front entry screen door broken and about to fall apart at the bottom and back door screen with rubber holding screen in off hanging. Tried to fix to keep the bugs and flies out. Did notify Vacasa of these issues.Few cobwebs noted in home above ceiling fan in dining area and above couch also. Especially in the corners. Also had trouble with lock on front door getting to accept the ten digit code. Finally worked after several attempts. Firepit nice close to lake. Enjoyed overall stay for the price. Place just needs some tender loving care.

This place was absolutely amazing and just what our family needed. I’m so thankful I found this place and I will be booking again. The only thing I would say is that there needs to be a ladder for the dock but other than that, it was absolutely perfect! I had everything you needed and was close to everything!

We had an amazing time at Pee-wee acres. It had everything our family needed. We will definitely be back.

We loved, loved, loved our visit to Pee Wee Acres!!! A comfortable house with a backyard right on the water. Awesome views of the lake and sunset. We hope to return next year for another wonderful vacation.

This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever taken. The house was very comfortable and being right on the lake kept the kids busy. The house is basic in amenities, but worth the cost for the location for sure. My whole family agreed this is replacing the beach as our go to in the future.

Location is nice. Pictures are relatively accurate. However, there are quite a few pests to deal with. Also, there is no cooling for temperature control, only heating. Also, the sink and dishwasher drains both clogged, and despite multiple maintenance requests, no repairs were made. With better facilities and quality control, this property would be a lot better received.

I loved most of the things at the cabin but it could of used some tlc before guest checked in
