Lakefront Home with dock, 6 Kayaks, Hot Tub! 3 miles to Granbury Square

This is a great place to stay for a large group. Plenty of room, kayaks were enjoyed by all, floated by dock for hours. Great response time from property owners to address questions.

This was a great home for a three-generation family. Adults enjoyed the deck and view, and everyone enjoyed fishing, swimming, and kayaking off the dock. The kitchen and grill were perfectly equipped to cook family meals. All the bedrooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and plenty of towels for all. Checkin and checkout information was clear to follow. It was a great stay for a family and we’d be happy to return!

The group of women that stayed at this home are board members of a nonprofit, so we spent our weekend working a lot. The space inside the house was perfect for what we needed! The owners were great to communicate with, location was also awesome. Overall a fantastic experience will definitely be back.

The house was great- all of the rooms were spacious, the back deck is huge for relaxing and catching up with family, and the dock with kayaks was a huge hit! We had 3 kids in our party and they loved using the floaties in the water by the dock and making s’mores in the fire pit. We had planned to make a day trip to DFW but ended up staying at the house because it had everything we could need to stay entertained for the long weekend! Great value for how clean and spacious the home was - on the lake! - & my family & I had a great time.

We loved our stay at Sunrise Bay Hideaway. Check-in could not have been easier. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra duvets and throws for warmth. The kitchen is well stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The back deck is wonderful for sitting around the fire table and looking at the lake--even when it is cold and rainy. The town square of Granbury is quaint with fun boutiques and restaurants. Grocery stores are easy to get to and in plentiful supply. We hosted Thanksgiving for extended family, and the kitchen and dining space were ample. It was a wonderful spot for Thanksgiving week. We can't wait to go back!

I hosted a bachelorette weekend getaway for my best friend at Jeremy and Amy’s lake house and it was the perfect place for us! Our group of 10 fit perfectly in the house. We loved having the large dining table and the comfy couches to hang out, talk, laugh and just enjoy the time away from jobs, husbands, kids, and regular life. It was great to have private access to the water, and the secluded cove is fantastic for the kayaks provided and just floating in all the tubes and floatys we brought! The back porch is lovely, we all said that we wished we could have been there in cooler weather to really enjoy it! Thanks for sharing your space!
