Perched above the crystal waters of Lake Coeur d'Alene on iconic Arrow Point, this is the kind of place that instantly slows you down. From the moment you arrive, the view takes over—180° of lake, mountains, and sky stretching out in every direction. Mornings begin with sunlight spilling across the water, evenings end with glowing sunsets, and every moment in between feels like something you don't want to miss.

Here, the lake isn't just nearby—it's part of your day. Start with coffee on the wraparound deck as boats drift by below, then spend your afternoon on the water. Launch kayaks or paddleboards right from the property, swim along the shoreline, cast a line off the dock, or simply float and take in the quiet. This is lake life at its best—easy, peaceful, and completely immersive.

When you're ready to explore, Coeur d'Alene is just a scenic 20-minute drive away. Head into town for lakeside dining, boutique shopping, or a walk along the waterfront boardwalk. Hike Tubbs Hill, bike the Centennial Trail, or grab ice cream on Sherman Ave before heading back to your private retreat above it all.

Back at the home, everything is designed around connection and comfort—with the view always front and center. Gather in the open living spaces, cook meals together while looking out over the lake, or settle in for relaxed evenings after a full day outside. The main home offers peaceful, light-filled bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms that make it easy to recharge.

Downstairs, the cousin cabin becomes its own experience—perfect for kids and teens. Bunk beds, a built-in sleeping nook with lake views, and a space made for laughter, games, and late-night conversations create the kind of memories that stick long after the trip ends.

As the sun sets, fire up the grill, dine outside, and watch the sky shift from gold to deep blue. Nights are quiet here—filled with stars, fresh air, and that rare feeling of being completely removed from everything else.

This home is ideal for families and groups looking to share time together while still having space to spread out. It's not just a stay—it's a place where days revolve around the water, the view, and each other.

This is where Coeur d'Alene becomes unforgettable.

The setting is fantastic but the home was somewhat spartan given the price point. Little to no touches to make the stay special or comfortable.

Beautiful house with amazing views. Great communication with host throughout the stay. Deck and outside fire table were awesome! Easy boat ride to town.

Perfect location on the lake, plenty of sunshine all day long, house was great! The deck provided stunning views of the lake (all photos were taken from the deck) and the fire table was used almost every night as it cooled off and got dark. The paddleboards and kayaks at the house were fun to use. The view of the lake from the master bedroom bed and shower is an incredible way to start the day. Spent a morning in Harrison, had coffee at the Tin Cup overlooking the marina and lunch downstairs at One Shot Charlie's (don't let the bar vibe fool you, amazing food! ...and kid friendly). Spent a morning in Coeur d' Alene and stopped in at the always cool Hutton's (only a few minutes from he house) on the way back for some ice and supplies. Would definitely come back to this house!

Overall, pretty nice. Generally, clean. Good view (somewhat obscured by trees….but still very nice). But, this may be helpful to future guests: Driveway access is a narrow dirt road, clearance is low, and there is no turn-around. So, if you have a trailer…good luck!! No window coverings in Upstairs Master (and it gets light in there by 4am in the summer. Brutal!). No closets or dressers in Guest Rooms.

The house was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. The views from the huge deck were amazing. Water access from a private dock, kayaks and paddle boards provided- doesn’t get any better. Communication with the host was friendly, prompt and very helpful. The property is even better in person than the pictures! We’ll be back.

My husband and I are in our 50's with a teenage daughter and are from Texas. Our parents (father with Parkinson's) flew in from Virginia to join us for a week. Disappointed upon arrival to find out basement area for additional beds/bathroom only accessible by going outside and around house and needs key to access (not ideal for 14 year old daughter.) Listing says to bring your favorite K-cups as Keurig K-cup coffee maker available. There were only ground coffee filters and carafe coffee maker upstairs and downstairs. - Make sure you clarify prior to grocery shopping for your stay. The view begs you to be outside enjoying the sounds of the lake and the views of the surroundings. My family would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather but unfortunately, there are no comfortable chairs on the deck. There are some high bar-type chairs available but my in laws were unable to get up on them and I cannot sit comfortably on them due to the height of them/hard surface of the chair. House needs a deep-clean cleaning service came back to house for re-clean of toilet and other issues. One of the issues was dirty floor. Floor was mopped and not swept prior to leaving a pile of dirt/hair behind for us to clean up on the first day. Light-colored berber carpet on stairs filthy due to dirty floors. Carpet needs to be replaced. This was all shared with David via text. Owners of the home should be aware of housekeeping/other issues that could be easily remedied.
