Lakefront Home w/ Private Dock in Cape Coral!

It was a great location/stay for our family. We loved everything about it. The house as amazing with the en-suite for each bedroom. House was clean and well designed. The back was perfect-hot tub, pool, deck on the water, and we watched manatees play in front of the house. We loved the pizza oven! Was absolutely perfect and if coming back to this area would definitely want to stay there!

This house is so amazing! We had a large group aged 13-71 & it fit all of our needs perfectly! The patio was the best part, with the bar area, multiple seating options & the awesome pool & hot tub. We spent the majority of our time outside in the beautiful FL weather. Kayaking out in the pond with the manatees was such a neat experience; they seemed to enjoy our company. The only downfall of the location is the drive to the nearest beach, but there is a Walgreens, liquor store & Publix just down the road, so that was very convenient. The host Sarah went above & beyond. She was very attentive & responded quickly to any inquiry we had. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was all the things we did seemed to be 30 - 45 minutes away. As far as the house itself, only suggestion I would make is some sort of sun screen for the back windows & even that wasn't a big issue all things considered.

House was as pictured , close to grocery store . We enjoyed our stay . Sarah was our guest contact and provided great customer service . We would definately stay again !

Place was great. Everything we needed. We had a hard time locating it because they need to put south after the street name. The only thing I can think of to make it better would be if they included the boat.

Absolutely amazing!!!

I recently stayed at this home with 3 other couples and it was a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. All of the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved that they each have their own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The best part about the house is the outdoor area. Between the pool, hot tub and outdoor bar, you feel like you're at a resort. The dock was a perfect hang out spot. Views were beautiful. Overall just a really nice getaway. It's located on a main road so the front is a little noisy but we were rarely in the front so it wasn't a problem. One thing to note is that Apple Maps takes you to the wrong location. Google maps worked best. The Publix is walking distance from the house which was super convenient. Had a great stay!

Specious home nearby Sanibel and Fort Meyers Beach. Beautiful pool and spa with large screened patio and pool area overlooking canal. Water access from Pier for kayaking and fishing. Bicycles available for touring area. Publix and restaurants walking distance from home.

Everything was really exceptional. The house was great and the lanai was the best I have seen. The kids didn’t want to leave or do anything else.

The home was just as advertised and even better. Pobably one of the best stocked homes I have ever rented. We had 3 adult couples and a single with 2 kids under 2. (Kids and grandkids, awesome) everyone had a great sized bedroom with their own bath. The home was very clean and easy to find. The home is located on a main road but you hear zero traffic on the back lanai and in the pool. Close to shopping like 2 blocks close. Communication with owner was great and very responsive. If I were to move to Florida I would want a spread like theirs.

Our friends/family group of 8 found this property PERFECT! The home was beautiful, comfortable and just as advertised. Everything was clean and in good working order. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Publix is conveniently across the street. Enjoyed a great meal at Yucatán Waterfront in nearby Matlacha. Would highly recommend this property!

Nice spacious home, pool and outdoor space.

What a great place to spend some quality time with friends and relax. The house is absolutely gorgeous. We had the best time and great weather after the storm passed. We kayaked, and were in the pool and hot tub every day. We even thought about using the gym equipment in the garage but never got out of the pool. The house is so close to everything and yet you never want or need to leave it. Spacious and a great way to reconnect with friends. Highly recommend!!

This house is absolutely beautiful! So spacious and well planned out. The kitchen was perfect for all 11 of us. The infinity pool and hot tub was perfect for watching the sunset. The dock and tiki hut on the water was great. Our host Leticia was very responsive and accommodating. Our family would definitely stay here again.

We chose this location based on the size and back patio, the pictures are great, however in person it is truly a special place. The accommodations were perfect. The kitchen is large enough for 8 adults easily, the couch was perfect for lounging, and the beds were lovely. We spent most of our time on the patio, the outdoor kitchen was so nice to be able to use while we floated around in the infinity pool and looked at the gorgeous sunsets each night. We traveled from Sarasota and Oregon for a celebration of life ceremony, and we wished that we could have stayed longer to enjoy more time at this stellar house.
