Stayed May 22, 2026We arrived at 8:45pm and left at 9:45pm. After what we witnessed within the first hour, was enough, it was filthy! Visual dirt and debris and a crusty smear of something on the primary bed cover. Crumbs, dirt and dead bugs under the kitchen cabinets and next to the refrigerator. Tub in the bunkroom bathroom had soap scum build up. The oven was almost completely covered in build up from spills. This is what we saw easily, within the first hour. I was not about to sleep in those sheets, shower and use the towels, or use any dishes in that kitchen. I didn't want to witness this place in more detail or in the daylight. The outside appears to be in the same sloppy upkeep. Old clumpy spiderwebs and dead bugs on the tables and corners. The grill was full of old ash and the grates were crusty. Again, this is the small things we noticed at night within the first hour. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but left after 1 hour. Our weekend trip was ruined. Cleanliness is a bare minimum and expectation. This was completely unacceptable and disgusting. You can clearly tell regular cleaning is not maintained.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Really enjoyed our weekend there. Location was great, not crowded part of the lake but close to town. Kids enjoyed the slide and kayaks. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely return. Thanks again!

Stayed May 23, 2025My friends and I really enjoyed this house for a weekend getaway. It was clean and cute and right on the water. Sadly, we didn't get to enjoy the water because it rained all weekend, but we're talking about coming back next year and trying again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely loved the house. It comes with so many extra things to do: kayaks, paddle boat, cornhole boards, horse shoes, 3 different grills to choose from... you can spend so much time outside just relaxing or down by the lake sitting around the fire, playing on the dock or in the yard all while not being blasted by the sun. The deck has ample room for many people! The trees are so tall and huge that they canopy the yard. It's a gorgeous view! We will definitely be returning :)

Stayed Nov 17, 2023We enjoyed ouselves at this quiet and cozy home with a spacious backyard. It made for a nice base while we visited the Hot Springs area in November. 15 minute drive into town. Because of the weather and the low levels in the lake, we didn't really get to enjoy the backyard as much as we would have liked. Communication with mangement was great. It did take a few seconds to figure out that after inputting the code, I needed to hit the top button of the lock. Other than that, check in was a breeze. Would recommend this for a family, especially if the lake level is normal.
