Birch and Beam was fully remodeled and thoughtfully designed by New South Home in 2025 withall new bathrooms, a modern kitchen, fresh paint, and brand-new designer furnishings, decor, bedding and linens. Set on a quiet, private channel with limited boat traffic, the property is ideal for tubing, wakeboarding, water skiing, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding right in your own backyard. The west-facing backyard offers front-row sunset views over the lake - best enjoyed from the deck, dock, or firepit as the day winds down.



Other Things to Note:

A brand-new 1000 sq foot new dock completed in August 2025 is ready for guests renting or bringing their own boat, featuring a boat slip with float and a spacious, partially covered fishing and swimming pier. The 2000 square foot deck, shaded by mature river birch trees, offers some of the best sunset views on Lake Norman.



The home’s location makes it easy to enjoy Lake Norman golf courses, shopping in Davidson and Mooresville, waterfront dining, boating marinas, and day trips into Charlotte - all while returning to a quiet, private lakefront retreat.
